Abstract: Based on the research of domestic and foreign sports park design, This paper introduced the planning of a sports and leisure park in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing . The design scheme revolved on four aspects: the planning concept, the overall layout, the design of single building, the landscape design. All the aspects are strived to achieve harmony for natural and humane, ecological and landscape, tradition and modern.

Abstract: Problems biotic attack facades of prefabricated buildings takes particular with regard to given increasing demands and requirements of thermal technique and energy. It is a comprehensive system for achieving, maintaining and maximizing business success based mainly on understanding of the needs and customer expectation. With their introduction, the organizations create the way for a balanced and integrated approach in terms of economic, quality, environmental and security interests.

Abstract: The numerical experimental platform of oil containment by floating boom under combined wave and current conditions was presented in a companion paper. The present paper focuses on the application of the platform that numerically predicts the relationship between oil containment failure velocity and wave parameters, oil parameters and boom drafts. The effects of oil density and wave parameters on oil containment failure velocity receive particular attention, and the influence of other parameters such as initial oil volume and boom draft are also quantified.

Abstract: The study of energy-environment risk is still at a preliminary stage in China, which has not formed a system but focused on risk causes, risk status and future risks. This paper views energy, environment as a system and establishes an energy-environment risk system model from the perspective of risk management. An example using industrial waste gas pollution data of Beijing between 2001 and 2010 is shown. The results prove that the model can assess the practical effect of protection strategies and emission reduction policies. It also provides references for energy planning and sustainable development policy making.

Analyzing the necessity of environmental education, the paper explores the function and character of library to reveal the responsibility and advantages of library in environmental education. Given the fact that many problems exist in environmental education of library, this article sets up a national environmental education network by learning relative experience from Russia.

Abstract: The reflection on the region, environment and ecology of Jiaxing is the subject which the author pays attention to chronically. In this article, on the base of regions south of Yangtze River, from the standpoint of environment and ecology, the author analyse Jiaxing roundly. The writer combines Jiaxings unique characteristics together, namely the water as the source, the green as the goal and the culture as the background, to show the ecological environment and ecological planning of this city, so as to endow Jiaxing with more ability of scientific development and make it clear and frofound for public to understand the livable ecological planning of Jiaxing.
