Abstract: The U.S. national environmental performance partnership system (NEPP) includes national environmental policy planning system, performance partnership agreement (PPA) and performance partnership grant (PPG) three elements. National environmental planning policy establishes the highest level of environmental plans and objectives meanwhile monitor and evaluate the performances. PPA and PPG implement the plan to meet the goals.
