Abstract: The equipment manufacturing industry accelerate the pace of development in Shaanxi province in recent years, and industrial scale jumped significantly boosted the regional industry economy. This paper calculated the industrial influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient of the equipment manufacturing industry, and analyzed the current situation and development trend of industry association in equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province based on the table from 1997 to 2007 of Shaanxi province and 2007 input-output table of China. The results show that Shaanxi Province ripple effect equipment manufacturing industry decline, and there is disparities between Shaanxi Province and the national development level in the 27 industrial sectors. Shaanxi Province equipment manufacturing industry level has much room to improve.

Abstract: Equipment manufacturing industry belongs to "high technology, high value-added" industry, providing equipment for other industries and protecting Chinas industry security. The paper study how to take advantage of the industry clusters to support the development of equipment manufacturing industry. Firstly, the paper analysed the present stage of China's manufacturing industry clusters,and Concluded that Chinas primary industry cluster stage has been completed. In this case, the model of Chinas industry cluster should transfer from "low technology, low value-added, low wage" to "high technology, high value-added, high wage". Secondly, the paper analyzed the internal industries interaction in cluster and the interaction between the cluster and the external area, and how they support the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. The paper pointed out: Industrial cluster has many benign interaction mechanisms, and the upstream and downstream industries inside the clusters can form a mutual promoting and spillover effect, and this effect will influenced the development of equipment manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, the interaction of cluster and external educational institutions, research institutes will support the development of the equipment manufacturing industry.

Abstract: The equipment manufacturing industry is the key factor to determine a countrys international competitiveness. The paper studies the development characteristics and the status of the equipment manufacturing industry in developed countries and China. Then it puts forward four development directions of the equipment manufacturing in Jidong area: depend on advantageous industries to develop large-scale equipment manufacturing; expand rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry based on the existing foundation; form the Jidong ship and marine engineering equipment industry cluster and attach importance to the development of new equipment manufacturing.

Abstract: Jidong Economic Zone is an important economic growth pole in Hebei province, also the most dynamic region in economy. Equipment manufacturing industry is a main direction of industrial structures optimization and upgrading in Jidong economic zone, the share of the proportion of industrial added value increasing year by year. However, there are also some problems such as low enterprise clusters, poor comprehensive supporting ability, and lack of independent innovation capability. The paper summarizes the development characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad. Then it analyzes the advantages of Jidong Economic Zone and makes strategic positioning for the equipment manufacturing industrys development. Finally, the paper puts forward some development strategies such as integrating into national policy, government supporting, promoting the enterprises research ability and developing industrial clusters.

Abstract: As the largest economic region in northern China, Bohai Rim becomes the third of China's economic growth poles after the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta which has an extremely important position in China's economic development. How to strengthen the industrial linkages of the equipment manufacturing industry in Bohai Sea region becomes the promotion of regional development is a pressing matter of the moment. Analysis the industrial linkages of the equipment manufacturing industry in Bohai Sea region using MRIO method, as related to the development of regional industrial policy of equipment manufacturing industry to provide a basis for decision making.

Abstract: Service-oriented manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing mode focused on integrating service with manufacturing. The remarkable importance is known to be strongly associated with the development of service-oriented economy in the period in which China transfers the traditional equipment manufacturing industry to the service-oriented manufacturing. We take a close insight into basic theories of service-oriented manufacturing, and then we analyze the characteristics, profiles, as well as the present situation of the equipment manufacturing. Finally, we propose some countermeasures for transferring the equipment manufacturing to the service-oriented manufacturing from the views of the aggregation mechanism, the network of innovative mechanism and manufacturing value-added chain.

Abstract: Today in China's modernization, the key to establish its international political and economic status is to enhance the overall level of the equipment manufacturing industry. This requires us to have a comprehensive understanding to the overall level of equipment manufacturing industry in our country and thus be able to suit the remedy to the case. This article makes a not targeted analysis on the understanding of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country, and puts forward workable ideas and suggestions for reference.

Abstract: Generic technology plays an important role in sustainable development of industry. This study tries to focus on diffusion mode of generic technology for equipment manufacturing industry. Related characteristics and relationships between equipment manufacturing industrial chain and technology chain are shown. Diffusion and transmission of equipment manufacturing generic technology are summarized and extracted. It is effective in improving diffusion efficiency of generic technology, also is important signification to sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry. For generic technology diffusion of other industries, it will also play a guiding role.

Abstract: Fuxin is the first batch of resource type city and economic transformation pilot city, it research the development strategy of equipment manufacturing industry of Fuxin, it plays an important role in changing Fuxin’s single industrial structure and building diversified industrial development pattern. Though analysis the equipment manufacturing industry’s present situation of Fuxin, this thesis sum up the problems that urgently to be solved of Fuxin’s equipment manufacturing industry, and put forward the development and the security measures of Fuxin’s equipment manufacturing industry according to the actual situation in enlarging industrial scale, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, speeding up the implementation of brand management strategy, personnel training strategy, perfecting policy guarantee measures, strive to build the basic framework of Fuxin’s equipment manufacturing industry development strategy which can provide reference to government and enterprises in making plans.
