Abstract: In order to meet the measurement accuracy requirement of some patrol device iGPS position tracking experiment, the most rational, economic configuration and optimal arrangement of iGPS are needed to find. It presented the iGPS dual-transmitter measurement principle based on non-coplanar intersection principle, and also their uncertainty analysis. From the measurement unit of iGPS networkthe dual-transmitter measurement uncertainty simulation results, the relations between measurement accuracy and the intersection angle, azimuth angle, pitch angle and baseline length are studied, which provides a reference for arrangement of multi-transmitter of iGPS. The iGPS multi-transmitter arrangement simulation design of some patrol device iGPS position tracking experiment is put forward. The calibration test results show that: the measurement accuracy of station arrangement design is less than 0.4mm, and satisfied the experiment requirement.

Abstract: The plane docking mechanism is the core part of the 6-DOF hybrid assembly and calibration platform, while the 6-DOF hybrid assembly and calibration platform has a core position in the entire assembly and calibration system device. The plane docking mechanism position and orientation docking accuracy directly affects accuracy of the entire docking process. For the purpose of efficiency, precision and security of the modules on end platform, error model was built. Meanwhile, the simulation verification and error compensation were done for the output platform. Ultimately, the smooth running of the entire laser device was ensured.

Abstract: Inertial parameters of the motor assembly include its mass, CM (center of mass) position, moment of inertia and product of inertia. Taking one vehicle drive motor as the research object, its mass and CM position are measured by using weight method and moment balance method respectively. Its moment of inertia and product of inertia are measured by using three-wire pendulum. On the basis of analyzing the test error, this paper proposed specific measures to reduce the test error.

Abstract: Converted current signal by mutual inductance coil is merely microampere level when using current transformers measure milliamps-power currents, the weak signal is too easily be interference by external environment to achieve accurate measurements. For the power current below 6mA, designed a system based on energy metering chip ADE7816. By analyzing the experimental results, proposed schemes to reduce the measurement error for the first time. The results show that, when the load is maintained at 10Ω and the value of PGA is set to 4 from 0, the average relative error of results is reduced to 0.63%; additionally, when the value of PGA is maintained at 0, but the load Increased to 52Ω from10Ω, the average relative error of results is 0.02%.

Abstract: Parallel robot has the advantages of high rigidity,high bearing capacity and high repeatability of positioning accuracy,and make it more and more widely used in the field of industrial applications.In this paper,the 3-RRR parallel mechanism assembly robot was used as the research object;introduced the sources of error in the parallel mechanism operation platform's position and orientation,furthermore,analyzed the factors of the error sources;then built up that parallel robot's error analysis model,solved the error model with the differential equation,and analyzed the error of parallel robot's structural in rod length,joint angle,the moving platform and the base platform's radius of circle,then simulated with MATLAB.Research shows that All structure errors in parallel mechanism increased by the X axis monotone increasing.

Abstract: Measurement take place of calculation is an advantage of wide area measurement based measurement power flow, but its accuracy needs to be explored. This paper points out the measurement power flow’s data dose not conform to the actual power flow’s data on condition of phase angle measurement exist error. Through the analysis of example we can see that the deviation of active power will reach 15% when phase angle exist 0.1°error, its accuracy is worse than DC power flow in engineering calculation .This paper suggest using the phase angle value which was measured as initial value in power flow calculation, it will reduce the error’s impact on power flow calculation.

Abstract: N80 waterproof casing is a kind of important equipment in petroleum drilling. In order to analyze the mechanical features of the N80 casing, we used pendulum impact testing machine to test the shock resistance of N80 casing. And we have analyzed and eliminated the errors which may affect the result of the impact test to ensure the reliability. At the same time, it summed up the causes of errors and the methods to avoid and reduce the errors during the pendulum impact test, and analyzed the sample selection method, the chosen of impact surface, the structure as well as the temperature influence, shape and other factors which influenced the measurement results.

Abstract: A new technique was devised to deal with real-time fuel consumption measurement in internal-combustion engines, where fuel circulation flow is much larger than the consumption rate. With extensive experiments and error analysis method, the fuel mass flow measurement had been realized by a improved turbine flow sensor with temperature compensation. The real-time accurate fuel consumption measurement had been achieved through data processing and real flow parameter matching method. The results showed that the prototype measurement precision was 1.0 class, satisfying practical measurement requirements.

Abstract: In view of the current trajectories connecting with straight line, the methods of transfer and error analysis are elaborated in detail. To the errors caused by current trajectories connecting with straight line, analysis of the relationship between transfer error and interpolation surplus coupled with the angle is explained. And the explanation is according to the different angles between velocity vectors.

Abstract: It is vitally important to improve effects of error compensation for horizontal photoelectric theodolite and reduce production costs by executing rational control of verticality error of shafting. This paper analyzes the mechanism how the verticality error of shafting influences measurement precision of photoelectric theodolite considering the architectural characteristics of the frame of horizontal theodolite. Matlab software has been used to simulate pointing accuracy. Verticality error of shafting of horizontal theodolite has been detected. Measured verticality error of shafting is 37 and detection error is 10. Results of analysis and detection to be applied for error compensation can improve pointing accuracy of the theodolite.
