Abstract: According to the characteristics of the dynamic force of jet elements, a kind of simple pendulum test system was presented. The dynamic jet force value was obtained indirectly by the acceleration value of the jet element under its force. The mathematic model of the test system was established and the test errors of the amplitude and delay time were analyzed. A processing method of dynamic force test data was presented based on the test curve and the parameters of amplitude and delay time were obtained. The result indicates that the test method can satisfy the testing requirements of dynamic force and it has advantages of simple structure, low demands of testing condition and simple method of data processing.

Abstract: In order to achieve mine well through, improving efficiency and accuracy through survey underground. The Authors based on the accuracy of better than 5" precision orientation measuring instrumentGAT magnetic suspension gyro total station. Taking Well no.1 of An Jia-ling precision through-survey as an example, the authors use GAT gyro station in the inoue and underground. According to the observations and adjustment, the accurate positioning of underground traverse survey. The example analysis results show that the instrument constant measurement precision is 2.6", between two observations in azimuth biggest difference is 5"; with Gyromat 2000 gyro total stations observation data comparison, azimuth angle different is only 4", quantitative analysis of demonstrated GAT gyro total station has a good stability and high accuracy.

Abstract: Large-scale surface such as mould should have low roughness as well as high accuracy of geometry profile. And it is an essential method to reach the accuracy request with grinding process. In this research, due to the variety of geometry profiles, an Arc Envelope Grinding Method (AEGM) is presented, the difficult problem of grinding large-scale revolution surface can be solved. Meanwhile, the grinding wheel dressing and its shape precision are the keys to the precision of revolution surface in the grinding with AEGM. In this paper, the influences of setting error of diamond point dresser, which dress the grinding wheel into an arc section by using numerical control function of NC grinding machine, upon the shape accuracy of plate-shaped grinding are analyzed. It is shown that shape error of the grinding wheel increases with the increases of dresser setting error in diameter direction, radius of tip arc on the grinding wheel, while it reduces with the increase of radius of the grinding wheel, and shape error distributes no uniformly but symmetrically along axial direction.
