Abstract: In order to evaluate coordination degree in the evolution process about the subsystems of manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development system, Synergetics is applied to establish coordination degree model of system. The order parameters are proposed to evaluate the manufacturing and logistics industry. The calculation results show that the order degree of subsystems of both manufacturing and logistics industry is upward. The coordination degree of manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development system shows overall ascendant trend from the year 2000 to 2008 in China, but the coordination degree is still low.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic, substantial increase of production and consumption, the resource is developed and used excessively, which brought a growing deterioration of the environment and ecological problems. Researching and selecting scientific and rational disposal technologies can effectively solve the current municipal solid waste pollution of environment. This paper introduced the municipal solid waste utilization methods used commonly. This paper establishes a solid waste utilization evaluation indices system based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then it discusses the theoretical foundations and application process of AHP and analyzed dependence and feedback among indices.

Abstract: Economic benefit or economic efficiency refers to the ratio of input to output, but not the owner’s income. The right evaluation of enterprise benefit or enterprise efficiency should abandon the indicator system, in which the core is the profit margin reflecting investor’s income. The scientific evaluation index system of enterprise benefit or enterprise efficiency should focus on the ratio of net assets value reflecting total puts to total, the ratio of net cost value reflecting resources taken to output, and the ratio of excess net assets value which is comparable. And the supplements are the index that reflects the constitutive social effects, the efficiency of using resources and the benefit of protecting environment, the development index and the qualitative index.

Abstract: In this paper, the subjective and objective methods of color evaluation were briefly presented and compared. At the same time, one model of woven fabric color was introduced. Based on this model, the plain fabric and 3/1 twill fabric were then taken as samples, the color of woven fabric can be respectively evaluated, which can give reference for further manufacture.

Abstract: The sizing of air-conditioning fiber/cotton blended yarn was carried out according to the method of quadratic regression orthogonal design. The sizing ingredients mainly consist PR-S, denatured starch and less PVA. The properties of the sized yarns such as breaking strength, breaking elongation, wear resistance and hairiness index were tested base on the practical production demands. The testing data was analyzed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The comprehensive evaluation result of the sizing performance shows the synthetic performance of sizing will be better when the percentage of PVA, denatured starch and PR-S are 2.735%, 4.823% and 3.823%.

Abstract: Training is an important means to accumulate human resources and strengthen the core competitiveness of an enterprise. As the last step in training, the evaluation of training effectiveness has been the weak point in large number of enterprises for a long time. The evaluation method of skills training effectiveness based on cloud models is provided. This method blends together the subjective and objective information. At the same time, the method integrates the fuzzy and random completely, achieves the mutual conversion of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, and deals with the uncertainty of the system evaluation indexes effectively.

And an example is given to verify the method.

Abstract: As an effective tool for achieving sustainable development, cleaner production is playing an increasingly prominent role in China’s industrial and environmental protection policies. In this paper, the authors evaluate the implementation of cleaner production among 51 enterprises in Qingdao by cleaner production audit report. Results show that, significant economic and environmental benefits are achieved by implementing cleaner production. To promote the development of cleaner production, increasing financial and political support as well as publicity and training are urgent tasks for Qingdao.

Abstract: The evaluation methods of wind farm in China are not perfect enough, and there are a few differences between analyze and evaluate. The reliability evaluation of wind resources and generated energy can improve wind resources evaluation level and estimating generated energy accurately. How to evaluate wind farm is the emphases. The paper brings forward the reliability analyze of the wind turbine, and the methods of the evaluation wind farm. The reliability evaluation could improve the generated efficiency and economic benefits.

Abstract: People used to evaluate the energy consumption of the refineries in the quantity respect. There is a need to add quality indicators in the evaluation indicators. The energy consumption indicators about the energy quality are discussed in this paper. And the indicators were used in evaluating the performance of a realistic energy-saving-project. The result shows that choosing appropriate energy with the right quality can save energy resources.
