Abstract: The essence and expediency in the use of partial indicators of economic efficiency evaluation and selection of environmental activities in the development of iron ore deposits in different mining conditions of its exploitation is identified. Methodical approach to economic evaluation of the effectiveness of environmental measures during developing of iron ore deposits by using of index environmental and economic changes level of the environment, specific costs for environmental protection and economic intensity of violations of the environment was improved. The generalized indicator of economic efficiency of production ecologization at enterprises of mining and processing of ore raw materials is grounded. Levels of this indicator by the character of environmental activities of the enterprise, the stability of its interaction with nature and level on environmental-safety, are allocated. The methodical substantiation of evaluation criteria and methods for measuring the cost-effectiveness of environmental measures during exploitation of iron ore deposits and practical aspects of assessing the level of ecologization of open-pit and underground mining in relation to the economy of mining enterprises are given.

Abstract: Research was conducted on the optimal selection of foundation improvement methods in the paper. Based on fuzzy optimization theory, four evaluation criteria such as construction time are used to evaluate the five improvement methods. The relative optimal degree 0.798 of dynamic-static consolidation method is the maximum which shows that the dynamic-static method is the optimal one; relative optimal degree and multi-evaluating criteria are used to evaluate multi-goals in the fuzzy optimization theory which will lead to the high optimal reliability result.

Abstract: In presented contribution there were solved problems of purchasing process as a core task of every production company focusing on the evaluation and selection of suppliers. This issue was investigated in the manufacturing businesses operating in the metallurgical industry. Thorough analysis of the current status of the evaluation and selection of suppliers for the company were reached conclusions that were determinants of changes in those activities. When reviewing the evaluation and selection of activities was used principal components analysis and scoring model. With them were found the pros and cons of the current model, as well as direct interaction between the evaluation criteria. The aim of this was therefore propose model evaluation and selection of suppliers with an emphasis on improving the efficiency of operations in a buying context of business.

Abstract: The addition of biomass in co-combustion reactors for energy production is becoming a promising way for reducing the use of non-renewable fossil fuels. However the presence of alkalis in biofuel can degrade more rapidly the refractory lining of the combustion chamber. The alkalis can penetrate in the refractory and dissolve material components, forming new liquid phases that physically degrade the coherence of the material, increasing the risk of refractory failure.

Abstract: Peer review is a new phenomenon in the process of internationalization of academic journals, but also a worldwide problem. In this paper, the development and practical application of peer review system are sort out, which are based on objective data research of domestic and international academic journals; the problems of network online published papers in practice are analyzed and explored by modern advanced network technology as the application tool, and how scientific orientation are they to play an effective role. The purpose of paper is in order to ensure the impartiality of the academic council, spread rapidly and use information resources, and further promote to enhance the overall level of academic journals.

Abstract: In China, the evaluation of National Enterprise Technology Center (NETC) for theconstruction industry currently falls under a set of universal criteria, which mainly follow thetechnological innovation pattern of the manufacturing industry, and thus lack applicability. Thispaper takes the distinctive features of the innovation pattern of the construction industry intoconsideration, while maintaining consistency with the current system, and suggests an optimizedevaluation system, which is more applicable for the construction industry.

Abstract: The block-division based segmentation algorithm is raised in this paper, which overcomes the shortcomings of the whole and single threshold method. Each block is processed with two-value segmentation algorithm, and finally, all blocks are combined for image recovery. In order to evaluate the performance of block-division based segmentation algorithms, some experiments are carried out by using Matlab 7.0. Experimental results show that block-division based segmentation algorithms can perform well and get a better result than the other threshold segmentation algorithms.

Abstract: Threshold technique is one of the important techniques in image segmentation. Various thresholding segmentation techniques such as histogram, grayscale expectations, Otsu, maximum entropy and iterative are studied and compared by using Matlab 7.0. Experimental results show that the iterative method can perform well and get a better result than the other thresholding segmentation methods.

Abstract: Edge detection is the basic problem in the field of image processing. Various image edge detection techniques are introduced. Using various edge detection techniques different images are analyzed and compared by MATLAB7.0. In order to evaluate the effect of edge segmentation, the root mean square error is used. The experimental results show that no an edge detection technique works well for all types of images.

Abstract: Based on current research basis at home and abroad, in order to improve the level of safety technology and safeguard work efficiency, Internet of Things is brought into crane structural health monitoring. Crane structural health risk level evaluation criteria and structural health warning technology expert system are the two key aspects of the project. The mechanical properties of Q235 were studied and theoretical calculations were done by the technologies of ANSYS and ADAMS, finally the threshold was determined. Signals are collected by FBG sensors and transmitted to a demodulator, and then use software calculates the real-time stress by a formula we given in. Finally the real-time stress in different parts of the crane is acquired. If the real-time stress exceeds the allowable stress we set, it issues an alarm signal to the operators.
