Abstract: The current research status of reheat crack in welded joint of low alloy heat-resistant steels are outlined. Some new phenomena discovered in engineering in recent years are summarized, and related problems that remain to be studied are also presented. Reheat crack in welded joint is occurred frequently during postweld heat treatment (PWHT) or in service at elevated temperature. Mainly four mechanisms leading to reheat crack, respectively, impurity segregation grain boundary weakening, precipitation hardening, creep rupture and no-precipitation zone weakening have been generally accepted now. Several essential factors consist of parent material chemical composition, microstructure and thickness of welded joint, filler material, preheat and postheat procedures, welding energy input, PWHT parameter, and stress and strain and so on. Theoretical calculation methods, criterion of RoA (Reduction of Area) and several experimental methods are put forward to evaluate reheat crack susceptibility. Based on new issues emerged in engineering, problems of concerning reheat crack are necessary to be researched, which include at least mechanism and influence factors of new multi-element composite strengthening heat-resistant steels, the mitigation measures for increasing wall thickness weldment, the root cause analysis and prevention methods of conventional low alloy heat-resistant steels for long term service.

Abstract: Credibility is the key performance index and the lifeline for system simulation. Verification, validation and accreditation (VV&A) of all system simulation life can insure the credibility, and credibility evaluation is a very necessary approach to obtain the credibility. Combat simulation is a special simulation for its many characteristics of multi-level, more elements, overall emergence, uncertainty, morbid and multi-granularity model, and so on. Credibility is vital to combat simulation. The evaluation method is one of the aspects of credibility evaluation. In this paper, the methods of credibility evaluation are researched. The common evaluation methods are analyzed and compared. Aiming at the characteristics of combat simulation system, the subjective comprehensive evaluation method based on subject matter expert (SME) is put forward, which is applied to a combat simulation. The practice shows that the subjective comprehensive evaluation method is very effective. The results are sufficiently credible to support the application.

Abstract: City is a kind of synthetic system, which is composed of social, economic and environmental aspects, how to achieve a sustainable development is an important problem for most cities in the world. This paper made a literature review from the composite index method, urban metabolism method and system dynamics method to summary and analysis the urban sustainable development evaluation of existing method. The composite index method is the most concise approach and easy to understand, urban metabolism method can observe the operation of whole city subsystems dynamically, while system dynamics method truly simulates the relationship among city subsystems.

Abstract: The enterprise’s comprehensive strength of patent is a key factor to measure its core competitiveness. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to analyze and evaluate objectively its comprehensive strength of patent. On the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily an overall evaluation index system of the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength which is composed of a set of 16 indexes, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor, multi-layer, fuzzy and comprehensive, and emphasizes it is the most important to determine evaluation index system and to select evaluation method reasonably in order to evaluate the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength systematically, comprehensively, scientifically and effectively, to enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness, and to realize its sustainable development.

Abstract: In the study, the method based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy theory is proposed to evaluate civil aviation airport security information management. Assessment indexes of civil aviation airport security information management are studied and given, and the hierarchic tree is formulated based on assessment indexes of civil aviation airport security information management. On the basis of describing evaluation indexes for civil aviation airport security information management, and the evaluation model of civil aviation airport security information management is constructed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the case is used to testify the effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method.

Abstract: Application of fuzzy mathematics theory for evaluation method based on fuzzy gravity center is presented, the results of expert scoring is displayed in the Cartesian coordinate system by graphically, the abscissa of coordinate is the final evaluation of indicators, the ordinate of coordinate is the reliability information of the indicators’ evaluation, which reflecting the reliability of the evaluation, and the concept of deviation rate is introduced to reflect the impartiality of the final score coming from experts.

Abstract: As road traffic becomes more and more crowed nowadays, rear impact has become one of the most common forms of traffic accident. According to a survey, up to 78.2% of rear impact can cause occupant neck injury. Up to now, E-NCAP, J-NCAP, IIHS and C-NCAP have set whiplash test in officially. But because of the uncertainty of injury mechanism, none of the countries has reached an agreement on the evaluation method of occupant neck injury. Comparison and analysis of whiplash evaluation methods are made, from aspects of collision waveform, speed, evaluation criteria, calculation method, criteria limit, etc. The annual C-NCAP whiplash tests are set as statistical sample and an analysis of the relationship between lost points and influential factors is carried out in order to find the part that needs to be perfected. Finally, effective suggestions are put forward for the improvement of evaluation method of occupant neck injury in whiplash test.

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of the current asphalt mixture test procedures using the traditional Marshall compaction molding test specimens method to evaluate water stability of asphalt mixture, large size aggregate particle asphalt mixture water stability test method, evaluation index and standard are proposed, namely the freeze-thaw cycles dynamic stability ratio index is adopted to evaluate asphalt mixture water stability, the freeze-thaw cycles dynamic stability ratio ≥ 85% is required and verified by experiment.

Abstract: Accurate evaluation of image quality is always being a problem. With blurry cotton images as samples, using variance methods, average gradient method, gray prediction error statistics method and information entropy method, this research evaluated restoration quality of 4 kinds of images from the perspective of grayscale contrast, sharpness, contrast and ambiguity. The results show that the 4 image restoration algorithms all improved image quality, and Wiener algorithm improved image quality best comparing with other 3 algorithms, Reg second, Blind algorithm and K-L algorithm were worse.
