Abstract: The weakness of the existing system of urbanization comprehensive evaluation is: evaluation Indexes were not comprehensive, and the evaluation system can’t reflect the real situation; analysis method was complex, and difficult to operate. We established evaluation index system from the economic development, social development, living, environment, infrastructure, spatial density, and urban-rural gap. We used entropy and comprehensive evaluation method to process and analyze the indicators. The results show that the quality of urbanization development is obviously different in Shaanxi Province, the effect of secondary cities is not obvious to promote the development, and the internal gap is still large in provincial cities and sub-index level.

Abstract: Three evaluation indexes energy quality factor, energy grade utilization rate, matching degree can be built according to the high energy with high use, low energy with low use and taste counterpart to. Energy quality factor can quantify the energy grade of energy supply system. Energy grade utilization rate can embody rational use of terminal energy performance in the form of visual comparison. Energy grade matching degree quantitative express the link between building energy supply system and the building actual energy situation, and it directly reflects the rationality in different systems. Based on the three indicators, a scientific and reasonable evaluation method can be built with reasonable use for guiding ideology.

Abstract: This paper explored the application of AHP in green port grade evaluation by constructing a green port evaluation system to determine the index weight, and on this basis proposed evaluation scoring and grading standards. Finally, the experiment proved the scientific evaluation and applicability of the method.

Abstract: According to the stability of open-pit slope, the main influence factors of the slope stability is analyzed firstly. Then, based on the basic principle and method of fuzzy mathematics, the slope stability analysis of fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation further more model is established and the grading index of the slope stability is determined. Finally, by analyzing an example of large open-pit mine slope engineering, the stability of the slope is evaluated. The results show that the evaluation model could consider the uncertain properties in actual slope problems,and the evaluation result is reasonable.

Abstract: This paper established an evaluation method for oil-soluble polymer viscosity reducing agent to heavy crude oil. The viscosity reducing agent was synthesized in laboratory and evaluated effects of diluent, mixing time, storage temperature and storage time on the viscosity reduction of crude oil. After inspection found that the evaluation methods have a significant impact on the viscosity reduction ratio. The maximum stable viscosity reduction rate can be obtained under optimal conditions. In the conditions of kerosene as diluents (ratio of 9:1), mixing time of 40 oC, storaged at 50 oC for 10 h, the viscosity reduction rate of 87% was achieved. The viscosity reduction rate can truly reflect the actual viscosity reduction ratio. This method can accurately determine the rate of viscosity reduction reducing agent for such other researchers evaluated in this method, the rate of viscosity reduction obtained is comparable in different labs.

Abstract: In multi-label classification, each training example is associated with a set of labels and the task for classification is to predict the proper label set for each unseen instance. Recently, multi-label classification methods mainly focus on exploiting the label correlations to improve the accuracy of individual multi-label learner. In this paper, an improved method derived from binary relevance named double layer classifier chaining (DCC) is proposed. This algorithm decomposes the multi-label classification problem into two stages classification process to generate classifier chain. Each classifier in the chain is responsible for learning and predicting the binary association of the label given the attribute space, augmented by all prior binary relevance predictions in the chain. This chaining allows DCC to take into account correlations in the label space. Experiments on benchmark datasets validate the effectiveness of proposed approach comparing with other well-established methods.

Small sample theory can greatly reduce the test sample, save test cost greatly, so it has wide application in many fields.This paper will use the small sample theory to study the reliability of ammunition packaging, through theoretical analysis and simple derivation, proved the feasibility of small sample theory in ammunition packaging reliability, and made use of the generality of the approach,which lays a foundation for future small sample theory in this field.

Abstract: With the continuous development of economic globalization and information network, the intercultural communication people from different regions and cultural backgrounds are widespread. For the problems in intercultural personnel training and evaluation, this paper uses linear comprehensive evaluation method to conduct the study based on evaluation index system. First, building an evaluation mathematical model, and the evaluation could be divided into three steps according to solving process; then, creating the index weight vectors, which includes one-level index weight vector and six two-level index weight vectors; finally, comprehensive evaluation case study should be carried on according to solving steps, so you can get evaluation findings. The advantages of the method presented in this paper is that the interaction between each evaluation index obtains linear compensation, so it ensures the fairness of the comprehensive evaluation and plays an important role in promoting intercultural communication and personnel training.

Abstract: Based on the evaluation of the space service level of public landscape facility in Qinhuangdao city as an example, a detailed analysis of the evaluation is presented. The reasonableness of the public landscape facilities and its layout are evaluated by this evaluation method. The evaluation index of spatial service level which is called dynamic balance is proposed. Meanwhile, the GIS is employed to establish the evaluation system for further improving the city's infrastructure construction.

Abstract: As a high quality alternative of fossil diesel, biodiesel is widely concerned at domestic and abroad for its environmentally friendly and renewable. Oxidation stability is one of the important properties of biodiesel, which is also one of the quality criteria in storing and using. The oxidative mechanism and the influencing factors of Oxidation stability, oxidation stabilitys evaluation methods and the application of biodiesel antioxidants were reviewed. Then the direction of oxidation stability is put forward.
