Abstract: A new evaluation method of the bridge strengthening effect is proposed based on the fiber optic sensor. The monitor layout scheme of bridge is designed to monitor the bridge strengthening effect accurately by measuring dynamic load moment and transverse vibration of the railroad bridge using the fiber Bragg grating sensor. At first, the paper presents the evaluation principle of the bridge strengthening. And then the fiber sensors are set up on the railroad bridge for extracting data of the health status from these sensors. The effect of the strengthening could be shown from the data change after bridge strengthening applied. The researches provide the scheme of the bridge strengthening quality evaluation, which is the base for the control of construction quality for new bridge strengthening technology.

Abstract: The research of Ecosystem Evaluation Method is the hot spot in the field of environment protection, and the method has a significant analytical meaning to determine ecological environmental health and environment protection. In this paper, we introduce some stuff as follow. Firstly, the concept of ecological system in domestic and foreign related research is summarized. Secondly, on the basis of the ecosystem evaluation thoughts, evaluation methods can be divided into four types, multiple indicators method, the prediction model method, biological evaluation, and comprehensive index evaluation method. Finally, combining with the trend of the development of ecological system, analyses the disadvantages of the present study, puts forward the ecosystem evaluation research focus and developing direction in the future.

Abstract: The quantity and damage degree caused by the traffic accidents on trunk highways always take the big part in the highway traffic accidents. Now, there are no more and complete evaluation methods for the trunk highway traffic safety. Whats more, the index system is not perfect. Based on the characters of traffic safety on trunk highways and feasible factors of information collection, this article confirms 3-level evaluation index system for 20 evaluation indexes and the evaluation methods for trunk highway traffic safety based on AHP. Taking Xiake Blvd of Jiangyin City as example, this article analyzes and proves the efficiency and feasibility of these methods. The evaluation results can provide the basis for the improvement of highway traffic safety.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitation to the credit evaluating system of C2C, a multi-variables fuzzy reasoning model is constructed and the calculating scheme is designed to evaluate the sellers credit of C2C referring to the evaluating indexes of Taobao net. The score of credit indexes is defined by the form of continuous interval in the model based on the interdependent relationship between the global assessment and the secondary evaluation indexes. Since the effect of the subjective factors on credit rating is efficiently eliminating in the algorithm and the credit description is more close to the transaction fact, the rating results of credit got by fuzzy calculation is more reliable than the ones obtained by traditional evaluation method. To verify the effectiveness of the fuzzy method, an applied example is given under the background of Taobao transaction.

Abstract: In human social life, it is often need to make comprehensive evaluation for person, thing , or a project to carry on the classification or evaluation. Analytic hierarchy process is relatively common and the most simple evaluation model. It draw up a series of evaluation index according to the evaluation object. The index may contain multiple child index, according to the relationship between the indexes or artificial factors to determine tie index weight, and get the overall evaluation for objects. The artificial factor is too much, it can not objectively reflect the real situation of the evaluation object. This paper proposed a evaluation method based on neural networks, based on the indexed of the analytic hierarchy process, through using the expert evaluation samples, by the BP neural network to study, so as to get the objective weight of the indexes, and then reflect the real situation of the evaluation objects.

Abstract: The Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) is a high resolution imaging radar. Some methods used to evaluate the jamming effect of general radar are unsuitable to ISAR. A new evaluation method of jamming effect on ISAR is presented in the paper through comparing the change of moment character and area character, The amplitude modulation (AM) noise jamming and frequency modulation (FM) noise jamming are carried out in the paper, the results of simulation prove the method is corrective and effective.
