Abstract: The model for evaluation of quality of ladle graphitizing inoculation of cast iron, according to the most common technological schemes, using the triple integral, is proposed and implemented. The necessary boundary conditions and parameters of the integral model are presented, described and justified. A concrete example confirms the practical conclusion that graphitizing inoculation of cast iron, melt into a stream in the process of filling a mold, is preferable.

Abstract: In order to optimize the layout and economic exploitation of horizontal fracturing wells and completion in shale gas reservoirs, we propose a model for evaluating shale gas fractured sections based on an improved principle component analysis (PCA) algorithm with logistic regression. The 229 gas production sections in 22 fractured shale gas wells in the main block of the Fuling Shale Development Demonstration Zone were selected, and PCA is used for dimensionalite reduction. According to the PCA results, 6 key parameters are chosen to determine the productivity of fractured wells. Taking the probability distribution of high production after fracturing as the research objective, a logistic regression discriminant model was constructed using the dichotomy method. The prediction results show that the model has 82.1% accuracy and is reliable. The model can be used to classify and gas wells to be fractured, and it provides guiding significance for reasonable optimization of well sections in the area selected for fracturing.

Abstract: According to the area of water resources development and utilization of non-equilibrium phenomena, introduces the concept of water resource Gini coefficient, introduces two kinds of calculation methods of water resources in the Gini coefficient, establishes a non-equilibrium evaluation model of water resources, from the two aspects of intragenerational and intergenerational were evaluated for non-equilibrium degree and the law of development and evolvement of water resources development and utilization in the area, and to put forward the idea of water resources and social economy unbalanced development model. Through an empirical analysis of water resources Gini coefficient in Hubei province, obtained the practical achievement and conclusion.

Abstract: According to the nonlinear dynamic characteristic of coal seam floor water inrush, coal seam floor water inrush risk evaluation which includes 4 first level indicators,14 level two indexes was built based BP neural network. According to the test collection of engineering data, coal seam floor water inrush risk evaluation system based VB and MATLAB is reliable. Application to a mine coal seam No.2 working face was verified. The results show that, the evaluation method in water inrush is feasible, reasonable.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise in a scientific and reasonable way, the evaluation index system of the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise is established in this paper. G1 method is used to set the degree of every index. This paper establishes an evaluation model of the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise by combining the extension theory with the evaluation of the rank of work safety standardization in enterprise. On this basis, this thesis takes Shou Yun Mining Industry Co., Ltd as an example and evaluates its rank of work safety standardization. The result is in agreement with the enterprise’s real situation, which indicates that this rank-evaluation model is scientific and with practical value. This model is well-worth being applied and popularized.

Abstract: The enterprise’s comprehensive strength of patent is a key factor to measure its core competitiveness. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to analyze and evaluate objectively its comprehensive strength of patent. On the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily an overall evaluation index system of the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength which is composed of a set of 16 indexes, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor, multi-layer, fuzzy and comprehensive, and emphasizes it is the most important to determine evaluation index system and to select evaluation method reasonably in order to evaluate the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength systematically, comprehensively, scientifically and effectively, to enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness, and to realize its sustainable development.

Abstract: The nonlinear and uncertain of water environmental pollution,make the traditional water quality evaluation methods have limitations.In order to improve the accuracy of water quality evaluation,The paper put forward the water quality evaluation model based on improved wavelet neural network (Wavelet Neural Network, the WNN).Optimize the initial weights of wavelet neural network based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (Adaptive Genetic Algorithm, AGA),and then training the network by used wavelet neural network algorithm,finally,testing the trained network.The simulation results show that the combination of Adaptive genetic algorithm and wavelet neural network improved the efficiency of network training,and this method can be used in water quality evaluation, and the evaluation result has high precision and accuracy.

Abstract: The hidden costs due to the current evaluation model for green building lacks relevance, and therefore this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, From the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights, In order to achieve the operational phase of the project the green building real-time monitoring of hidden costs. The results show that the hidden costs of green building evaluation index for multi-operational phase problem, the method can be more objectively and accurately reflect the size of the extent of its hidden costs.

Considering the effectiveness of city emergency rescue and timeliness, the paper analyzes and design Rescue Decision Support System for city distribution of emergency supplies and search of wounded man based on GIS. Emergency medical aid model established in this paper, taking ArcGIS+VS2005 as the development platform, C# as development language, design and development the preliminary city emergency medical rescue simulation system based on GIS.
