Abstract: For improving the quality of vocational education evaluation validity, this paper introduces the research progress of teaching evaluation, use data mining technology to put forward a feasible model of higher vocational teaching quality evaluation, construct a decision tree has practical significance. By the method used, the traditional Apriori algorithm is improved decision tree to improve the teaching contents to the location of the second master node, reflecting the characteristics of vocational teaching practice. Case analysis indicated, the decision tree has a good operability and high credibility.

Abstract: Compared with the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment Model. Business English classroom teaching evaluation is an important part of English teaching quality management in institutions of higher learning, and it is of vital significance for us to improve the quality of foreign language teaching. Compared with the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive judgment Model, based on expert knowledge and subjective experience, can use mathematical methods with rigorous logic to remove subjective elements as much as possible, and to reasonably determine the evaluation index weight; it may take advantage of scientific quantitative methods to characterize the qualitative issues in classroom teaching qualitative evaluation, so that the qualitative and quantitative analysis can get a better integration, which helps to overcome the subjective arbitrariness in English teaching quality evaluation, thus improving the reliability, accuracy and impartiality of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract: College English teaching evaluation is an important step to improve the quality of teaching and to promote students' development and assessment of teachers' performance, which is characterized by many factors and multidimensional structure. The current college English teaching evaluation method faces such problems: fuzzy evaluation criteria, subjective judgment and the difficulty to quantify evaluation results. Based on cloud theory, this article will explore college English teaching evaluation, and establish a comprehensive evaluation model based on cloud gravity center by using weight deviation to measure the quality of teaching. This article will also build an inter-relationship mapping between qualitative and quantitative evaluation, which supports the whole process of comprehensive evaluation with the combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes. Finally this article gives an example of specific application of this method.

Abstract: As the deepening contradictions between the urban water and water shortages, Urban requires urban sewage treatment systems to improve the efficiency of treatment; it requires the level of the assessment of urban sewage treatment system higher. We commonly used in urban sewage treatment system evaluation model for the Analytical Hierarchy Process model and input-output model, respectively, from two different perspectives to assess the urban sewage treatment system. However, both of two models are flawed. This paper attempts to examine the lack of two assessment models, and make two the models to be amended by the perspective of energy conversion.

Abstract: This paper combined with the real conditions on investment and decision-making of grid construction. Considering the uncertainty of project, we applies real option theory into evaluation model of grid construction and establishes evaluation model of grid construction based on real option theory. The result indicates that proper application of real option method into the investment decision-making model of grid construction can better enable grid to obtain profit from investment uncertainty, which provides larger profit and opportunity for grid corporation.

Abstract: Based on the data source problems of intrusion detection evaluation and the feature of OpenFlow capable of providing flexible network control, this paper studies the real data evaluation model based on the software-defined network, and makes program implementation over the model-based intrusion detection evaluation system, and then uses the network to simulate this model. The experimental result shows that the model is feasible and effective.

Abstract: According to the status of vocational teaching quality evaluation, this paper will have an analysis of the AHP that is used to quantify the qualitative classroom teaching quality evaluation. It is applied to determine the weights of evaluation factors, to build a hierarchical model of teaching quality evaluation, to analyze implementation steps of AHP: construct hierarchical model-determine the weight of each factor-derived decision alternatives. Questionnaire analysis has proved that this method not only can be used to have a comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality but also to have an evaluation on the secondary index. The method is scientific, rational and has a high application value.

Abstract: the large scale urban cabs trajectories are used for prediction of cabs number change in some applications such as knowledge discovery and abnormal traffic alarm. The traditional methods calculate for many invalid spaces consume much time on invalid calculation. After observing many datasets with the great number of cabs trajectories points, we find a rule that the periodicity and stabilization of cabs group number change will be clearer as the number of cabs trajectories points increasing in some space, and the prediction accurate of cabs number change is also have relationship with the periodicity and stabilization. To validate this rule, we first model the periodicity and stabilization of cabs group number change. And a function is found to well fit the model value as the change of cabs group number, proving the rule we have found. Finally, we show that how this rule can be used to decrease the calculation time of valid traffic prediction. Experiment shows that the rule we discovered exists in Beijing and San Francisco datasets and the rule can conveniently and efficiently used to valid traffic prediction.

Abstract: China is in a critical period of urbanization, and various social contradictions continue to be accumulated, emerged and enlarged, so public crisis management mechanism has been highly valued by governments at all levels with the public crisis events are occurred frequently. The paper conducts study for the problems in the current urban public crisis handle mechanism. First, the evaluation model of crisis management can be researched, and crisis management can be divided into four stages to evaluate respectively, they are Reduction, Readiness, Response and Recovery; then, we should research crisis prediction model to strengthen prediction, prevention and monitoring of the crisis before the crisis happened; finally, stakeholders analysis model should be studied, and scientific analyzing the interests of the various stakeholders and the relationship among them. From the theoretical point of view, the paper carries on a study for crisis handle mechanism to provide support for improving the crisis handle level.

Abstract: As a effective stimulation, hydraulic fracturing was commonly used in the mining process of complicated low permeability reservoirs, especially in horizontal shale gas wells more widely. In this paper, we establish the BP (Back Propagation) neural network based on MIV (Mean Impact Value) which is different from traditional BP neural network. We choose the independent variables of training set, plus or minus a certain percentages. Measured by the absolute size of MIV value and analyze the changes of MIV value, we identify the main factors in hydraulic fracturing. Combined qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation, the hydraulic fracturing evaluation model was established. Compared with the traditional BP neural network, the evaluation model shows a high precision, and good stability. Above all, we succeed in achieving a rapid, objective and impartial productivity prediction after hydraulic fracturing in complicated low permeability reservoirs. So in the future, this new hydraulic fracturing evaluation model is about to having abroad applications in the field of hydraulic fracturing.
