Abstract: As the high-rise building springs, pumping height of concrete becomes higher, which leads to futility of common property indexes to evaluate the concrete pumpability. This paper proposed a test method on concrete rheological properties to quantize its pumpability and established evaluation method on concrete pumpability to make some exploration regarding the scientifically reasonable control on concrete quality.

Abstract: With the market competition aggravating, strategic supplier of manufacturing enterprise is becoming more and more critical for the success of manufacturing enterprise. It plays decisive role in the areas of product quality, date of delivery, service, etc. At present, there are many methods on selection and evaluation of strategic supplier of manufacturing enterprise. But, there lacks of integral system. Through the establishment of outsourcing criteria to supplier classification based on products, this paper builds selection and evaluation standard system of strategic supplier of manufacturing enterprise in order to provide reference to manufacturing enterprise on choosing strategic supplier.

Abstract: Focusing on the green renovation project of Shendu Building in Shanghai, China, an evaluation system is developed for the comparison of a variety of seismic control schemes for seismic retrofit of the building. A three-dimensional evaluation model is developed in MATLAB to represent the dynamic features of the structural system of the building, and nine key evaluation indices are defined for the evaluation purpose from a global view of both control efficiency and costs. The complete procedure of designing control schemes based on the retrofitted benchmark structure is presented, which may be helpful for researchers and engineers in easily testing various control schemes by using this evaluation system.

Abstract: With the deepening of economic globalization, cooperation has become a mainstream trend, revealing the discipline of cooperation has become a key scientific issue. As a content of cooperation, international energy cooperation is a system of relations constituted by different energy cooperation agents, it reflects the composition of agents. Ability divergence and their capability system have an effect on the long-term stability and development of cooperation. Based on the theories, this paper put forward the main connotation of cooperation capacity structure, building capability evaluation system, clearing affect the stability of the key indicators of cooperation, exploring the relationship between cooperation agents’ capability structure and cooperative stability in order to study the whole process of international energy cooperation fluctuations trajectory.

Abstract: Initial rainwater pollution is an important non-point source pollution of urban drainage systems. The application of storage tanks and other reduction facilities has play a key role in reducing first flush pollution. Because of the lack of scientific evaluation system, the evaluation is disorderly and there are many operational problems. This case is based on the reduction facilities research of Suzhou Creek in Shanghai, through which a standard evaluation system and implementation procedure are built to perfect the incomprehensive and unscientific system, so that the efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: With the theory of ecology and ecosystem health evaluation, the factors impacting river ecosystem health are analyzed and an evaluation system is built. The connotation of river ecosystem responding to the cascade development of reservoirs is studied. The response of typical plankton, benthos, fish to cascade development is identified. According the living and breeding habits of key species, typical representatives are selected to establish the grading standards of ecological health and evaluate ecosystem health as well as the effect of eco-hydrology regulation under cascade development of typical reservoirs. Results show that the annual distribution of runoff tends to be balanced, with reduced amount of suspended sediment in downstream; species fond of shallow water and rapids suffered decreased habitat space and a decline in its number, resulting in decreased diversity of fish species; and the quality of some river segments failed to meet the standard.

Abstract: This research applied the Likert-type scale to design the questionnaire. Then, we did research on the professionals in the field of construction in Guangdong province, which aimed to know about the effect and position of the Guangdong province local standard in engineering construction quality assurance. The statistic analysis shows that there are 73 items of existing Guangdong province engineering construction local standard. Among them, 28.10% takes the local standard as the common basis in engineering construction. While, the national standard is 38.08%; the industry rule is 29.20%. The three almost is in the same position. The whole industry thinks that the local standard has the equivalent status and effect as the national standard and industry rule in the engineering construction. Therefore, it is necessary to suggest the government sector to perfect the basis of the establishment of engineering construction local standard. In this way, it can be ensured that the procedure is open and transparent, the standard is formulated according to development of the productive force and the implementation process can be supervised by the public. What’s more, we can formulate the local standard with local features according to the region’s real need and local natural conditions. So, the effects of Guangdong province local standard can be played more efficiently in the engineering construction quality assurance.
