Abstract: Many medical treatments need to confront problem of upper limbs’ rehabilitation. Major function of exoskeletal robot system for upper limbs rehabilitation is to assist patient to carry out upper limbs’ rehabilitation training. Main technology of exoskeletal robot system for upper limbs rehabilitation includes design of mechanical structure of exoskeletal robot, design of control system of exoskeletal robot and implemention of data and information transmission between exoskeletal robot and upper limbs of human body. Currently implemention of data and information transmission rely mainly on methods of acquiring sEMG signal and force feedback. Reviewing and analyzing the specific technical examples will be important way in improving and upgrading the technology in future. Current development trend of main technology is to advance degree of comfort, accuracy and effect in rehabilitation training. Further development trend of main technology henceforth is people-oriented, strengthening effect, improving efficiency, optimizing structure and reducing energy consumption that follow claims of medical treatment.

Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of auto parts enterprises product development, the object-oriented case knowledge expression to build auto parts product development database is used, the nearest neighbor algorithm is as similarity algorithm of case retrieval, the TCP/IP network technology is as the main network transmission protocol, C/S is as the application system to build the case retrieval system, and EPS steering gear is as an example.

Abstract: A new method of machine learning based on examples is given in this paper. This method improves the classical method ID3 which learns from static examples. Its limits lie on no comprehension and no memory, and no dynamic correlation. In the new method, it can learn from dynamic examples, the change of data can be learned because the training data is the initial and end process in the interval. All varieties and correlation can be understood and remembered. By experiments, the method can be used as classifier and it has special use in the field of information mining.
