Abstract: Under the situation of energy crisis, air source heat pumps are paid more attention recently. In order to save energy, the feasibility and performance of air source heat pump are studied by experiment, and variation laws of exhaust temperature, evaporator outlet temperature and outlet presser of compressor were analyzed in this paper. Air source heat pump apparatus were set up and the experiment was during 10°C, 20°C, 30°C and 40°C. The results were as follows: exhaust temperature of compressor increases gradually with the increase of tank temperature, but the temperature difference between exhaust temperature of compressor and tank temperature becomes little; temperature difference in evaporator decreases; Compressor outlet pressure increases obviously.

Abstract: This article has established a three-way catalytic converter reactor model of gas phase reactions and surface reactions. Based on this model, cold start transient emission numerical simulation has been done. The result shows that the influence of ambient temperature and exhaust temperature on the HC is much greater than the impact on the CO.

Abstract: An exhaust temperature test system is developed for resolving the problem that the exhaust temperature of a certain type aeroengine can not be real time monitored. The exhaust temperature test and temperature compensation circuit are designed and data collecting, processing and displaying program are written in this system which utilizes PC104 built-in industry computer as its core controller. The exhaust temperature of aeroengine can be real time monitored during test-drive by ground guarantee staff, which can help them to judge the condition of the aeroengine.

Abstract: Power performance tests of natural gas engine were carried out using a self-dependent developed electronic injection system and ignition system, and a comparative analysis between the natural gas engine and original gasoline engine was conducted. The result shows that if the gasoline engine is fueled with NG torque of the engine decreases and with the throttle opening increases, the decrease amplitude increases. Developing a suitable electronic ignition system can recover engine torque to some extent. Under the conditions that both throttle opening and rotation speed of the engine are constant, MBT angle increases with the decrease of mixture concentration.

Abstract: To those old ships, one of the frequent faults is that the exhaust temperature of marine diesel generator is too high. This fault may lead exhaust pipe to be burned red, outlet valve to be burned down, piston and piston ring to be melted, and many other troubles. In this paper, aiming at the reason of fault of NO.1 marine auxiliary diesel engine exhaust pipe burned red while running without load, the author analyzes the every possible causes of the malfunction, finds out the real causation of high exhaust temperature is steady ball bearing of timing gear partial wears seriously. Then, the writer expounds elimination process and solutions, and proposes some suggestions about operation and maintenance in the end.
