Abstract: Effective enterprise architecture has a decisive role in the survival and success of the enterprise. It is also an indispensable means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage through IT. By analyzing the existing DoDAF(Department of Defense Architecture Framework) architecture, we tailor some parts of the capability viewpoint and operational viewpoint to make it more suitable for the implementation of small and medium-sized enterprise architecture. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements of business expanding, we add the enterprise viewpoint and the process viewpoint to DoDAF. Finally, we take a typical part of a logistics case as an example to show the specific application process of our method.

Abstract: this paper, focusing on the actuality and the features of the cold ring rolling, studies the forming principle of the rolling of multi-mandrel roller. Through the kinematics analysis of the rolling of ring multi-mandrel roller, the deformation simulation and the mechanical analysis of the infinitesimal gridding strain, this paper builds the infinitesimal deformation model of ring blank’s cold rolling, analyzes the deformation rules of the ring blank’s thickness direction rolled by the multi-mandrel roller and the relation between the tangential strain and the radial strain which should be satisfied by the mandrel roller’s movement values, and deduces out the mathematical expressions of the needed technological parameters like the minimum instantaneous rolling reduction. The research result can be used as the theoretical foundations for designing the multi-mandrel rolling miss and working out the rolling technology of the ring multi-mandrel roller.

Abstract: A hot gas bulging process of an aluminium alloy tube using resistance heating set into a die was developed. In the developed process, the tube was heated during the forming, and thus the drop in temperature was prevented. The control of the hot gas bulging was simplified by sealing air in the tube. The tube was bulged by thermal expansion of the air sealed in the tube without control of internal pressure during the forming. Hot gas bulging of an aluminium alloy tube without and with the axial feeding was performed. The deformation behaviour of the tube in the die was observed by a heatproof glass plate inserted in the die. The timing of the axial feeding, the feeding velocity and the amount of the axial feeding were optimised.

Abstract: A hot gas bulging process of an aluminium alloy tube using resistance heating, set into a forming machine, was developed. The tube was rapidly heated by the electrifying to increase the formability and to decrease the flow stress. The tube was bulged by thermally expanding the air sealed in the tube without control of internal pressure during the forming. Hot gas bulging of an aluminium alloy tube without and with axial feeding was performed. The effects of the initial internal pressure and the current on the expansion ratio of the tube were examined. The decrease in temperature around the contact with the electrode was prevented by inserting a stainless steel ring having low thermal conductivity and high heat generation between the copper electrode and tube, and thus the bulging length was increased. It was found that the hot gas bulging is effective in heightening the formability of the aluminium alloy tubes.
