Abstract: The influence of Fe on microstructure and the expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity of Al-30 wt.% Si alloy was studied. Results show that the primary silicon morphology and size changed significantly after joining the Fe, by angular blocky primary silicon sheet or plate into small pieces and then into a polygonal large lump, edge and angle are passivated. As the content of Fe is 0.3 wt.%, material expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity. Later, with the increase of the content of Fe, alloy point defect and line defect, surface defect and large area defect increase, the thermal conductivity of materials and inflation performance declined. When the content of Fe is 0.1 wt.%, materials with high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient, the heat storage performance impact is minimal.

Abstract: In the paper, regarded SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-RO system as basic composition, high-temperature glass glaze was prepared successfully by using Bi2O3 in place of Al2O3, and traditional melt annealing method was adopted .The influence of Bi2O3 on expansion coefficient, sintering temperature, electrical resistivity was investigated by DIL-2008, SJY sintering imager, Keythley2410. The results show that the sintering temperature of glass glaze has a wide range, which can reach 270°C, so it is easy to sinter; with the increasing of bismuth oxide content, expansion coefficient of glass glaze gradually increases, whereas sintering temperature and electrical resistivity continuously decreases.

Abstract: Ferromagnetic base composite materials were applied widely in aircraft and space vehicles engineering. Aimed to an advanced ferromagnetic base composite material, a series of experiments for thermal physical properties of this material were conducted, and the corresponding performance curves were obtained through statistic analyzing. The experimental results showed good consistency. And then the thermal physical parameters such as thermal expansion coefficient, engineering specific heat and sublimation heat were solved and calculated. This investigation provides an important foundation for the further research on the heat resistance and thermodynamic performance of this material.

Abstract: Concrete buildings in coastal area are dual attacked by chloride and sulfate easily. The erosions make great damage to buildings. This research develops a new type of antiseptic and corrosion-inhibiting admixture for concrete. It is a kind of inner-adding inorganic powder and made up by compaction component, corrosion-inhibiting component and sodium nitrite. The test results show that this admixture has the ability to resistant chloride and sulfate erosion, the admixture also can prolong service life of buildings which are exposed to high concentration of chloride and sulfate.

Abstract: Cable is the key component in the prestressed steel structure. In order to study the effect of cable elastic modulus and expansion coefficient on the prestressed steel structure, Suspendome of Tianbao Center was taken as the research object and APDL language is applied to write a corresponding program, thereby carrying out analysis to the model; The results indicate that the change of cable expansion coefficient and cable elastic modulus have a different effect on the performance of the suspendome: at high temperature, the effect of the expansion coefficient of hoop cable and radial cable is larger on the maximum displacement; at low temperature, the effect of the elastic modulus of hoop cable is larger on the support constrained force. Therefore, it is necessary to give precise linear expansion coefficient and elastic modulus for different cables.
