Abstract: The diagnosis of forging process for large problems, the use of advanced expert system for diagnosis of large forging process, forging process design of a large diagnostic expert system structure is discussed in detail the working principle and function of each module, and to the knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism of the development of key technologies such as policy, practice shows that the expert system can solve large-scale forging process design and diagnosis of problems in the field, in large forging process improvement theory and techniques to improve the forging process with large modules scientific, intelligent with significance.

Abstract: An automatic greenhouse seedling monitoring system that can make use of solar energy as power supply to conduct regular monitoring and collect air temperature, air humidity, soil temperature, soil water demand and other parameters is designed. The collected data will be transmitted wirelessly to the upper PC system of host and then, the PC system will compute and process such large amounts of data timely and automatically and carry out corresponding operations for greenhouse through automatic control of feedback signals. With the large capacity of data acquisition, reliable data transmission, humanistic data processing, easy operation, this system will have great practical use. Through the application of this system, it can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve the level of scientific breeding and thus bringing out high quality seedlings to ensure and improve crop yields. This system is feasible and has certain practical value.

Abstract: Colon hydropathy implies that the filtrated water pumped into the rectum keeps regular colon squirm, and sweeps away poisonous excrements. The PC-based ryodoraku technique has played increasingly important role in the field of traditional Chinese medicine because of its advantages of better preventive diagnosis, less side effects and inexpensive medicare. Since the 1950’s, Dr. Nakatani Yoshio has developed the ryodoraku methodology to measure skin resistance for the purpose of preventive diagnosis based on Chinese acupuncture and the qi-field theory. From the viewpoint of the preventive medicine, rehabilitated smooth muscles and well-balanced probiotics would improve self-repair functions and reduce the carcinogen of the colon. However, long-lasting hydropathical process for existed products on the market may result in unpredictable side effects from the viewpoint of drug dynamics. On the other hand, repeated use of colonoscopes could not only be expensive but contaminative in considering of colon viruses. This paper is focused on the clinical research of the drug dynamics and the development of a PC-based technique in the colon hydropathy. A clinical platform with disposable optical fibers is schemed to assure the biomorphic balance of colon. Finally, clinical experiments are carefully schemed to justify the advantages of the proposed algorithm in Tse-En Clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Abstract: There are kinds of animal diseases and a smaller number of experts in the corresponding field of disease diagnosis expert. So animal husbandry units are unable to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis for animal diseases generally. To solve this problem, the paper is proposed a model of animal disease diagnosis expert system based on HSMC-SVM. In theory, it confirms that HSMC-SVM is feasible in applying of animal diseases diagnosis expert system. Numerical experiments verify HSMC-SVM has higher accuracy and better generalization ability in the diagnosis of animal diseases.

Abstract: The complexity of locomotive onboard devices and their coupling relationship are increasing along with the high-speed development of our nation’s railway vehicle technology. By combining diagnostic technique with expert system and using fault trees and rules, a new monitor and diagnosis method has been proposed on the overall view of railway vehicles to enhance the diagnosis accuracy. This research is supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program ("863" Program) of China, the result of this research has been statically tested on relevant electric locomotives.

Abstract: The application, which the intelligence is used in the fault diagnosis, is the main direction of research currently, especially in the fault diagnosis of large mechanical equipment. In order to improve hydraulic system failure diagnosis of high-speed deep drawing hydraulic press, reduce the efficiency and accuracy of difficulty diagnostic staff. By using rough sets theory combining neural network and the method of large NC hydraulic press, hydraulic system fault diagnosis of diagnosis. This paper established based on rough set - neural network fault diagnosis model, and the following hydraulic cushion hydraulic system as an example, the diagnosis in establishing the fault table based on the rough set theory to fault table attribute reduction and generating rules, will rule input to the BP neural network was trained learning. Get in neural network after the test data repository and simulation. Test results show that the method for the diagnosis of high-speed deep drawing hydraulic press hydraulic system fault is effective.

Abstract: In order to improve the management of crops in digital greenhouse, and give crops a healthy growth, the digital greenhouse expert system is developed based on the growth knowledge of agricultural greenhouse, computer technology and artificial intelligence technology. The expert system can provide basic information about crop growth, cultivation and management techniques, pest control and other diagnostic functions, as well as expert online answering question and so on. The development of the system is advantageous to standardize digital management of greenhouse crop cultivation, reduce the burden of planting staff, and it also can improve crop quality.

Abstract: The technique of acidizing stimulation is one of the most critical measures in petroleum industry to enhance production. As acidizing technique being an integrated course which combines science, practice and experience in one, it cannot be explained by mathematical technique precisely. For conventional acidizing, the workload is extremely huge and complicated, since it has built an extensive database with the help of a huge amount of the application samples. The Neural Network has the generalization ability, which not only has the most consistency with training samples, but also is a dependable network for predication of test samples, whose data distribution is similar to the previous ones. Expert system for acidizing based on the BP Neural Networks can predict a favorable acidizing fluids system and suitable dosage reasonably, effectively and accurately with a large pool of initial input parameters. Thereby this expert system can assist field application and realize the systematization and intelligence in oil field.
