Abstract: The heat exchange station is important element which connect to the heat source and the users. Heat exchange station has the characteristics of great inertia, pure lag, time-dependent nature. So it is difficult for conventional PID controller to control the system. Expert system PID controller combines the advantages of expert system and the conventional PID. It can deal with all kinds of complicated situations. The results show that this scheme completely conform to the requirements of the system control.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in maintenance of flight simulator, considering characteristics of expert system, the architecture and fault diagnosis methods of flight simulator, the structure and key realization technology for flight simulator fault diagnosis expert system are studied; the flight simulator fault diagnosis expert system design proposal is completed. Research on transforming from fault tree pattern to rule and diagnosis knowledge representing are emphasized, expert system knowledge base is constructed by means of frame plus production knowledge representing method, then certainty and rule based backward chaining inference engine with depth-first and heuristic search mechanism is designed, the system diagnosis flow and inferring flow are also developed in this paper. Finally the expert system is tested by a fault solving demonstration.

Abstract: This scientific paper conceived by the authors describes how to implement and use a new method to quickly identify the optimal gripping surfaces during molding injection of a stove handle. By conceiving, realizing and implementing of an expert system suitable for such robotized operations frequently used in injection systems of plastics, a scientific basis of quick and exact identification of the optimum gripping surfaces is made, calculating precisely the coordinates of the points in which the suction cup axles of the end effector are perpendicular on the surfaces.

Abstract: This paper describes a validation method through experimental tests of the Expert System conceived for the identification of the optimum gripping surfaces for an injection-molded part, conceived by the authors. A number of experimental tests were conducted using a flexible vacuum end-effector. During experimental tests phases three different versions have been considered for experimenting in which different types of suction cup holders and different placements on the end-effector structure were analyzed. The part subjected to tests was a stove handle. The first version of the vacuum end-effector is composed of four rigid suction cup, their placement on the gripper being made on points randomly chosen. The second version of the end-effector is composed of four flexible suction cup holders equipped with spherical articulations; the axes adjustment on the gripped surfaces being made on four randomly chosen points. The third version is composed of four suction cup holders equipped with spherical articulations, the axes positions and points placement being offered by the Expert System.

Abstract: This paper describes the expert system created to support development of Manufacturing Information Acquisition System (MIAS) for any company, regardless of companys technological processes characteristics. Proper acquisition of data describing the state of the production processes is crucial in the management of a company, because real-time information is a base for decision making and achieving operational excellence. Information on the state of production system have to be automatically acquired from various sources, pre-processed and made available for higher-layers IT systems (MES, ERP). One of the stages of development of MIAS is the synthesis of technical and organizational solutions responsible for the acquisition of various types of data. In order to support designers an expert system MIAS Advisor has been developed, supporting the choice of methods and technical means for the acquisition of data on various aspects of the operation of a company. The algorithm of the expert system operation, which allows easy updating of a set of rules of the system has been presented.

Abstract: At present, under the background of reform in university physical education, the sports community constantly makes innovations of ways and means of study to improve the ways of education, how to analyze the teaching methods, this is the key issue needed to be focused on. During table tennis teaching, comparative analysis is based on the traditional test to study the effectiveness of teaching and take further measures, this process needs to choose specific objects to have the training in specific time and compare the results before and after testing, the manpower and material resources required is large and it is time-consuming, the article uses the improved Apriori algorithm, uses data mining technology to have systematic analysis of representative sample of data of Table Tennis teaching, and through the formation of a series strong association rules data to have compared analysis, in this way it can have effective analysis of teaching data for table tennis teaching, and give technical support to the classification management, at the same time it provides a reasonable, effective and directional data and suggestions for table tennis teaching .

Abstract: Expert systems, or knowledge based systems, are programs in which the answer to a user-posed question is reached by logical or plausible inference rather than strictly by calculation, although calculation routines can form a major part of an expert system. Based on the integration of expert system technology and optimization technology, an intelligent computer aided design method for mine ventilation systems is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the structure and control algorithm of the intelligent design system are explored. Secondly, the knowledge types required for the mine ventilation expert system and the acquiring method of knowledge are discussed. Finally, the inference method of this expert system is put forward.

Abstract: With the development of Web-based Intelligent Learning System in the information society, we should pay attention to its usage in autonomous English learning. At first, this thesis shows the basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and discusses the feasibility of combining Artificial Intelligence with Web-based Intelligent English self-learning system. Second, it analyzes the combination of Expert system with Web-based Intelligent English self-learning system. Finally, it probes into that this new system will promote the revolutionary of the English self-learning mode.
