Abstract: Centralized air conditioning systems are widely used in buildings at present. In these conditioners, the outside air gets required temperature, humidity, purity, and other features, necessary for creating comfort microclimate in inside areas of houses, and by the help of fans and air ducts the processed air moves to all rooms of a building. As a result, the creation and maintenance of comfort conditions in buildings become complicated and expensive activity. From this point of view, it is becoming more expedient to install local air conditioners in each room instead of single central one for the whole building. For this reason new local air conditioner is developed.

Abstract: The active power output of micrgrids is susceptible to external influences. When the load is high, the voltage of microgrids cannot be stabilized. Voltage fluctuation may cause the fan to stop working when the voltage is lower than the operating Voltage. The problem can be solved by applying SVG to the microgrid.

Abstract: Concerning the salient features of components energy consumption model in air conditioning system, this paper proposes a half-online identification algorithm to estimate the parameters of the models. The algorithm monitors the error online. When the error reaches the upper limit, one-time least square estimation is used to identify the parameter and update the model by means of current data within a certain time window. Experimental studies are conducted on a fan energy consumption model, which parameters are varying in real time. The estimation results show that the algorithm can greatly reduce the computational burden and possession of resources, while ensure good estimation performance.

Abstract: Permanent magnet speed regulation is an energy-saving technology that uses magnetism coupling to realize the torque transmission of non-mechanical connection and changes the gap of the permanent magnetic coupler to adjust the speed of the load. Experimental research on the air-cooled permanent magnet speed regulation according to the actual operation parameters of 500 kw oxidation fan has been conducted in this paper. Analyses of the problems about the rupture of the load ring at the end of the load on the permanent magnetic speed regulation, large motor vibration, noise and so on appeared during the process of the test have been made and improved measures are proposed.

Abstract: Fan occupies the important position in many industry, it give rise to that fault diagnosis become the new hot research topic, also is the urgent demand of many manufacturing enterprises. This paper based on the theory of wavelet packet transform, selecting wavelet packet transform and energy spectrum to wavelet de-noising and fault feature extraction the fan vibration signal. And use the MATLAB get the fan vibration signal characteristic vector, lay the foundation for the fan fault diagnosis.

Abstract: According to the design requirements of indoor ventilation, use closed die forming process of low cost to product several types composite wind turbine blade, through actual operation experiments verify the effects of different design parameters on the fan running. The results showed that the leaf size, the molding process of precise, stable quality satisfies the equilibrium requirement.

Abstract: Recently, more and more experts are forcing on the problem of how to save the energy efficiently during controlling the air volume of fan. Thus, this paper advises to control the air volume by using converter technique, and control the fan by using fuzzy control.Meanwhile, this paper shows a simple improvement of fuzzy control to save the problem of programming, and shows the thinking of the way to readers for reference.

Abstract: In view of the nonlinear, fuzzy relationship between fan fault reason and fault symptom, put forward a kind of threshold diagnosis strategy combined with fuzzy rules and case reasoning. Using a fan fault vector through fuzzy fault diagnosis model to compare with a given threshold, then generate the initial fault solution set, and finally using case-based reasoning thinking, accurate fault location. Then we verify the method’s effectiveness through a fault analysis of fan rotor vibration. The results show that the combination with fuzzy rules and case reasoning can effectively solve the problem of multi factors of failure reasons.

Abstract: The internal environment of the henhouse has a direct effect on the health of the chicken. Keeping an appropriate and effective ventilation of the henhouse is an important means to maintain a good environment for the better production of the chicken. To achieve that, we make a control scheme. In summer, the temperature is high, we use the negative pressure ventilation; when the temperature is low in winter, we use the positive pressure ventilation. We hence designed a positive pressure ventilation device. In the device, the SCM controls the number of the fans to work and the time and power when they work. Eventually, we realize the intelligent control of the device to guarantee an appropriate internal living environment for chicken and the research was going on the henhouse.

Abstract: An integration design platform was developed successfully. Visual Basic (VB) was used to select model quickly, and make the secondary development on SolidWorks based on database of fan. The functions (selection model, parametric-modeling and automatic building engineering-drawing, etc.) were integrated in the platform. The platform consisted of three parameterized modeling modules, which were centrifugal fan, axial fan and centrifugal Compressor. An example of centrifugal fan is given to show that the realizing process of integration design platform. With the using of this platform, the results show that the integration design platform increases the design efficiency and makes the design easy.
