Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present a 3D tolerance mathematical model for complex feature geometric variations oriented the new generation Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS). According to the definition of geometric feature and taxonomy of geometric variations in the new generation GPS system, the proposed model is based on the small displacements torsor (SDT) concept, and the geometric deviations treated as relative location or rotation variations between the nominal geometry feature and the associated feature are expressed by the SDT parameters. Moreover, the tolerance models for several kinds of complex feature geometric variations are constructed and discussed. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed tolerance model, and the results indicate that the proposed model is capable in dimensional and geometrical tolerances modeling. The model completely based on the mathematics foundation is in compliance with the current GPS standards system.

Electron beam welding equipment has been independently developed by tracking and bringing in. Electron beam welding technology has a wide range of applications in the aerospace, automotive, medical and other branches of industry, the field of applications is also expanding with the improved welding equipment. According to the demand of research and market, Electron beam welding technology will move toward the direction of universal, integrated, information-oriented in the future.

Abstract: A method to establish duty cycle was proposed based on wheel loader operating characteristics and features. Firstly, wheel loader operating characteristics, energy consumption and power distribution rules were summarized theoretically. Wheel loader energy consumption rules were explored through operating test. The features were extracted from testing data which can represent wheel loader operating rules. Finally, the duty cycle was composed according to the rules features arose in the actual operating test. The duty cycle will provide support for data files for hybrid wheel loader power system matching, computer simulation and dynamic analysis. Furthermore, the duty cycle will be helpful for traditional wheel loader dynamic matching, simulation analysis and numerical optimization.

Abstract: The aims of this research is to build CAIP systems on OMM operation which have an ability to measure workpiece automatically based on drawing data from design division at a machine. The flow of information between each part becomes important as the design of the drawing data from design division to production division or quality control. CAIP system (Computer Aided Inspection Planning) is expected to ensure the flow of drawing information to quality control without any changed even though the amount of data that a lot. CAIP system use early drawing data from the design division. The type of drawing data which is used by each CAD software is STEP drawing data. STEP data consists of products information such as surface geometry, line, point, and direction of the vector surface. The information that can be used to build a CAIP system is a feature. Therefore, a feature reconstruction process is necessary based on the data STEP geometry information. Feature types which is used in this study are a type of box primitive feature. A Probe, a measuring instrument, can be operated in CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) and CNC machine. A product measuring on CNC machine during or after machining process called OMM (On Machine Measurement) operation. As a result, measuring can be performed without moving the product from the machine. In this research, 5 Axis CNC machine with Heidenhain DMU150 iTNC530 controller is used.

Abstract: Vibration is a mechanical phenomenon whereby oscillations occur about an equilibrium point. The oscillation may be periods such as the motion of a pendulum or random such as the movement of tire on a gravel road. Vibration causes waste of energy and creates unwanted sound-noise. Monitoring such process generally possess a big problem especially for a system. The present traditional single resolution techniques could not solve this problem, coupled with the Fourier transform which seems to be one of the best method in analyzing and monitoring vibration in machineries or machinery components.This paper present a new algorithm using wavelet- packet based feature in classification of vibration signals. This study explores the feasibility of the wavelet packet transform as a tool in search for features that may be used in the detection and classification of machinery vibration signals. By formulating a systematic method of determining wavelet packet based features that exploit class specific differences among interested signals, which avoid human interaction. This new algorithm provide more effective method to achieve robust classification than traditional single resolution techniques. The new algorithm in wavelet transform techniques proved to be more efficient, better analysis, and provides better results with minimum error than any existing method.

Abstract: Combined with recent observation data, the paper conclude that the debris flow break-out in high frequency in Jiangjia Ravine, and they belong to rainstorm type, which concentrated in the rainy season, especially during Jun to Aug. As a typical gully of viscous debris flow, the debris flow move with the bed process and obvious feature of surge. The intermittent flow possesses features of high intensity of delivery and long intermittent period. There have obvious relevance between the amount of sediment delivery and the surges of debris-flow break-out at the same year.

Abstract: Machine learning is important solution in the research of Chinese text sentiment categorization , the text feature selection is critical to the classification performance. However, the classical feature selection methods have better effect on the global categories, but it misses many representative feature words of each category. This paper presents an improved information gain method that integrates word frequency and degree of feature word sentiment into traditional information gain methods. Experiments show that classifier improved by this method has better classification .

Abstract: The technique of a new extension of fuzzy rough theory using partition of interval set-valued is proposed for granular computing during knowledge discovery in this paper. The natural intervals of attribute values in decision system to be transformed into multiple sub-interval of [0,1]are given by normalization. And some characteristics of interval set-valued of decision systems in fuzzy rough set theory are discussed. The correctness and effectiveness of the approach are shown in experiments. The approach presented in this paper can also be used as a data preprocessing step for other symbolic knowledge discovery or machine learning methods other than rough set theory.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the principles, the control methods, the features of the three operational patterns, and the merits of SVG technology as well as a brief introduction to the latest applications of SVG technology. Due to the limitations of the SVG technology, meanwhile its control strategies are very complicated; its fabrication cost is comparatively high when used to for the middle and high electricity pressure and big capacities of electricity transmission. But with the wide use of new technologies and new materials, the SVG technology will surely finds its broad applications.
