Abstract: Coal mining and filling connection is very fast in continuous mining and filling working face. How to build airtight walls at ends of filling stope drift efficiently is one of the bottleneck problems, which restricts production improving in continuous mining working face. This paper presented a design idea of the rapid prototyping mold bag wall, analyzed its structure, did much research and finally provided the design. Field application showed that it improved construction efficiency and reduced cost.

Abstract: According to the occurrence of ore, mining use different cement filling mining, due to different filling body, in a different role in the maintenance of stope stability, so filling body required different strength. By regression analysis of filling body strength with sand ratio, slurry concentration and fine sand content, to get different body strength of different filling mining, and also can be the primary and secondary and the impact degree of various factors which impact the strength of filling body.

Abstract: Cemented filling body exposed to acid mine water or high salinity mine water will be subjected to various kinds of physical and chemical attack. In this paper, the burning process of a modified special cement clinker used for corrosion-resisting cementitious material in fill mining is studied by means of TG-DTA, XRD, and chemical method. The main minerals of this kind of clinker are C3S, C2S, C4A3 , and C4AF. The optimal firing temperature range of the clinker is from 1300°C to 1380°C, and a suitable amount of F- and SO3 in raw meals is helpful to the coexistence of C3S and C4A3 in the clinker.
