Abstract: Firstly, through the fishbone diagram and Causal table method to find the factor which effect the time of temperature and humidity reach standard. Secondly, collect various time, temperature and humidity data of every time air conditioning boot, analysis and arrange the data, build the three-dimensional relationship between workshop temperature, humidity and the reach standard time, and fitting, finally, find the regular pattern between environmental factors and the time of temperature and humidity reach standard.

Abstract: Function and comfort are the main two aspects of outdoor protective clothing design. Outdoor clothing industry market has grown rapidly in recent years. There exists a strong market competation in apparel industry. Satisfaction in consumer's demands is the crucial. In this paper, the trends of demands from four aspects factors were analyzed. Thses trends include potential consumer's market; consumer's aesthetic and fit demands, functions and fashion construction design demands, optimization construction design and wear comfort demands. Optimization construction design directly impacts air gap size and distribution, the air gap layers between skin and clothing is determined by clothing construction design. 3D scanning provides a novel method to visualize and quantify the air gaps. But optimization construction design need more experiences and tests.

Abstract: Appropriate rotor material and reasonable structure should be used for increase energy-storing density of flywheel. Theoretical analysis and design to high-speed energy-storing flywheel rotor with maximum energy-storing density is studied in the paper.The ratio of inner diameter and outer diameter and structure dimensions of a given condition flywheel rim is obtained by calculating. And the interference fit of rim/hub of the flywheel is analyzed with finite element software. One efficient and reliable calculating foundation and analysis method for the structure design of the flywheel rotor is provided.

Abstract: We perfect Product-Process Matrix theory of Hayes and Wheelwright and propose a more generalized theoretical strategic model. In this paper, the data from International Manufacturing Strategy Survey in 2009 is used to examine the new model by hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that, different matches between flexible production capacity (manufacturing strategy), speed of product update and product customization (market strategy) will lead different business performance. The results improve the Product-Process Matrix theory, and provide theoretical and practical guidance to manufacturing enterprises for strategies choice.

Abstract: Nowadays, in a dramatically changing marketplace, the integration of all of the resources in a supply chain has been regarded as an important issue for firms. However, in this complex network relationship, which links among firms, lots of uncertain factors could affect the performance of a supply chain. Thus, a structural fit model is needed to address the relationship between supply chain integration (SCI) and environmental uncertainty (EU). Empirical data for hypothesis testing are collected from top-ranked companies in Taiwan. The results show that fit specifically has a positive direct effect on supply chain performance.

Abstract: The plastic deformation as a main form of failure of Interference Joints may happen in
engineering works if it is designed unreasonably. In this paper, the contact stress and the strength of
Interference Joint parts were analyzed deeply. Based on the theory of the reliability design, the general
formulas and the method of the reliability design and computation for Interference Joint were
established in consideration of joint structure, machining precision, interference value, mechanical
properties of the joint parts and their randomicity. The practical design method, which would promote
the reliability of Interference Joint effectively, was proposed for larger size and some other important
Interference Joints. Compared to the conventional design method, the working reliability of
Interference Joints can be improved obviously by means of the reliability design method.
