Abstract: A study on production line layout problem indicates there is a lack of research on the production line design issue. Traditional methodology on this problem mainly depends on the designers experience and calls for theory analysis and quantitative study. To control the cost and optimize the resource utilization of enterprises, this paper develops a multi-stage integer programming model to describe the production line layout problem, and proposes a heuristic algorithm to solve the problem. A practical example illustrates the effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: To control the cost and optimize the resource utilization of enterprises, production layout problem draws recently more and more attention by industries; however, a study on this problem indicates there is a lack of research on production line design, which is a major issue in the layout problem. Traditional methodology mainly depends on the designer’s experience and calls for theory analysis and quantitative study. This paper concerns the development of a multi-stage integer programming model to describe the production line layout problem, and employs a heuristic and ant-colony algorithm to solve the problem. A practical example illustrates the effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: University library is the academic research center of modern university, known as "the heart of a university". Abstract: Adopting the k-ε standard model, the CFD simulation software to simulate the indoor kitchen and toilet different row of indoor air volume air distribution in natural ventilated circumstance, by comparison results show that different row of indoor air volume changes in the rate of secondary pollution rate, and then to provide the change rule of indoor air quality protection reference basis.

Abstract: Chip velocity is a crucial parameter in metal cutting. The continuous variation of chip velocity in primary shear zone can not be obtained from conventional shear plane model. Therefore a general streamline model was used to investigate the distribution of chip velocity field in metal cutting. This paper also verified the continuity of plastic flow in metal cutting by tracing the variation of particle area. The velocity of chip material was calculated from the mathematical expression of streamline model. The velocity results were compared with conventional shear plane model.

Abstract: In the environment of visual programming DELPHI there is developed the program complex enabling to make express-analysis of the picture of metal flow while forming of workpieces and to offer technological receptions for elimination of non-uniformity of shaping separate parts of workpiece, and also for decrease in the forces necessary for workpiece forming.
