Abstract: Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) based biosensor is a gold standard optical sensor for biological protein interaction in life science. In this paper, we firstly discuss how the SPR based sensor can give unique advantages over other sensing techniques for food safety and food quality control in food industry. We discuss the differences in sample preparation process for the SPR system and other screening methods and point out that the SPR can reduce the food screen quality control cost and time. A brief review of food analysis that has been tested under SPR system. Key requirements for building up a surface plasmon resonance based sensor for food industry especially in Thailand are highlighted. An SPR based sensor has been recently developed and constructed based on the requirements. We also discuss practical issues and how to possibly get around them.

It introduced the soil heavy metal into the food, and put forward specific measures to reduce the impact of heavy metal on food security, in order to further attention to food safety and soil heavy metal pollution prevention and control technology and policy.

Abstract: This paper established a food safety supervision system on the basis of foreign advanced food safety management mode and methods, combining with China's specific national conditions, and strengthen food quality and safety control system, in order to speed up the process of development with international standard is the key problem. Based on the advanced management experience of developed country, this paper put forward a scientific, efficient and dynamic supervision system of food safety.

Abstract: Global climate disasters happen frequent, agricultural production has led to great instability. The drought disasters are the most serious in these climate disasters. However, agricultural water shortage areas lack of response mechanism to drought disasters. To resist these sudden drought events and uncertainties, this paper has designed a mode of operation of virtual water futures. Then, we analyze the procession of the virtual water futures balancing generalized regional water, as well as elaborated virtual water futures how to hedge the grain yield loss risk. At last, we conclude that virtual water is an effective supplement for agricultural water, agricultural virtual water futures hedging can protect the region's food supply and reduce agricultural losses.

Abstract: For the purpose of improving scientific regulatory and effectively making use of supervision information for food safety, we have collected more than 200,000 testing data in the information system from 2009 to 2013. In this paper, with association rule, several analytical models, as exemplified by soy data, was created according to the feature of soy. Valuable information can be obtained from massive testing data, which is conducive to food safety supervisions.

Abstract: Food safety has been in the spotlight of the global attention. In 2013, Chinas food safety supervision policy was undertaken a major reform. China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) takes over the responsibility of food safety management, which in the past was conducted by different government sectors. Under this new management system, how to carry out the practical work has become a new issue. This paper introduces an innovative food safety management mode adopted by Guizhou province. On the basis of latest information technology, food production enterprises, government, testing organizations and consumers are integrated into a unified food safety information service cloud platform. The core technology of cloud platform is composed of food safety knowledge system, testing management system, food safety information publicity system as well as mobile application. The food factory inspection data, government inspection data, testing organizations testing data and consumers purchasing information are integrated into food safety and nutrient test big data. Utilizing the data to explore the information that is needed by all the parties, this paper tries to provide a solution to the risk exchange problem faced by Chinas food safety issue. At the same time, food safety problem can be solved through the contribution of different stakeholders.

Abstract: In order to quickly detect the harmful substances in food, a multiple channel portable food safety detector which can be used in the field test is designed. The detector uses the newly national standards and methods, and the combination of Windows CE Operate System and colorful LED touch screen was adopted in this design, changing the operate tool from mouse to fingers, making the operation much more simple and convenient. The result of experiment shows that the system has the advantage such as easy operating, portable, high performance and high reliability. And it can detect Pesticides residue more quickly and accurately, and the measurement error are between ±2% and ±4%, which meets the national standards and its design require.

Abstract: In order to improve the anti-friction performance of water-based flexographic ink, we made up different kinds of water-base flexographic ink by changing the kinds of film-forming resin or adding different kinds of friction resistant additives, and then evaluated the friction resistant performance of the ink by the rate of density decay. According to analysis the influencing factors of the anti-friction performance of ink, aiming at improving the cohesion of molecular systems and smooth degree of membrane surface, and reducing the friction coefficient as well. The result shows that different molecular structure of film-forming resin ink will cause different cohesion of molecules system in ink, which impacts the ink friction performance. Adding appropriate anti-friction performance additives can improve ink cohesion of molecular system, and improve the ink anti-friction performance as well.
