Abstract: The effectiveness various algorithms for the operation energy-saving mechanisms mobile cellular networks is analyzed. Modern scenarios energy saving in Wi-Fi networks are considered, in terms power consumption and delayed delivery frame streams for energy-saving stations. The effectiveness energy saving mechanisms in mobile cellular networks when using Wi-Fi radio interface is studied and analytical expressions for estimating power consumption are obtained.

Abstract: Sign language detection technique is a part of technology which is of extreme importance to the society. Sign languages is used by deaf and dumb people who are unable to communicate directly using sound since they lack the ability to produce or recognize sound waves which enable us to communicate easily. The proposed project aims in decreasing the distance between the sign language detection techniques which only focuses on detecting the meaning of letters like ASL and not actions provided by the users. The project detects sign languages by using key holes as the position locator and then trains the system to detect accordingly. Keyholes are used to find the position of gesture to use LSTM throughout coaching of the information. Experimental results demonstrate the efficaciousness of the planned methodology in sign language detection task

Abstract: One of the laminated bamboo production processes uses a bamboo planer machine. The use of this technology creates great opportunities for improving the quality of the bamboo processing process. Existing equipment still requires improvements to the power transfer mechanism and system, which affects the frame's shape. Therefore it was necessary to design and retest the frame design so that the machine can produce good shavings. The frame design comprises 50 mm × 50 mm × 5 mm angled steel with ASTM A36 material standardization. The testing method was finite element analysis (FEA) using SolidWorks. The frame was tested using static loading simulation to take mass, maximum stress, deflection, and safety factors. From the simulation, the safety factors value was 6,513. It was too high compared with the predetermined criteria, so the thickness of the frame was changed to 4 mm. The optimization increases material efficiency by 18,227% resulting in reduced frame mass to 76,576 kg. The result of the safety factor becomes 5.930. Abstract: This article through to the two common cast-in-situ frame structure (casting of a whole, with a construction joint) and 6 root not construction joints under axial pressure ratio through concrete columns of different processing low reversed cyclic loading experiment, study their experimental phenomena, hysteresis curves, displacement ductility, stiffness degradation, thus draw the conclusion: 1, the existence of the construction joint can lead to the decline of ductility of frame structure. 2. When the test axial pressure is relatively low, the presence or absence of construction joints and different treatment methods will obviously affect the ductility of the cast-in-place frame structure. 3. When the test axial pressure is relatively high, the presence or absence of construction joints and different treatment methods will not have a significant impact on the ductility of the cast-in-place frame structure.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a formula student frame, according to the SAE regulation. The content of the paper contains a series of results obtained from frame loads at torsion and bending, using FEA (Finite Element Analysis). It should be mentioned that this design is a preliminary one, a prototype. After its construction, we will perform laboratory tests and begin the optimization processes. The ultimate goal is to get a frame that meets all the technical-economic requirements and to obtain competiton frame.

Abstract: The method for the formation of a spatial construction of a hemispherical dome in the form of an icosahedral-type 320-gon is considered. The description of pentagonal pyramidal fragments, included in the structure of the dome frame, is described. Constructive solutions of nodal connections of the dome core rods are presented. The results of the design are shown in the illustrations.

Abstract: A finite element model for the frame structure of mini-battery electric vehicle (mini-BEV) is established. The stress distributions of frame structure are calculated under three typical conditions. On this basis, the lightweight design of frame structure is presented, and then the new modified frame is carried out to take static analysis to validate the improvement program results show that the improved scheme is desirable.

Abstract: A Case Study in spraying trailers, the frame of the structural characteristics were analyzed, using ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software for the frame were static stress analysis. First, create a physical model of the frame in Solidworks software. Then import ANSYS workbench on the frame payload processing constraints and suffered, were analyzed by calculating the frame strength and stiffness, get the frame stress cloud and find the weak links in the frame. To improve frame structure provides a theoretical basis.

Abstract: The CAD software was used to establish 3D model of frame of dump truck, and the finite element model was established through Hyper Mesh. The stress distributions of the frame in vertical accelerating, turning, twisting and climbing conditions were computed through finite element software when the dump truck was loaded 80t. The result is consistent with the actual situation of the frame, which proved that the approach of finite element analysis is feasible. And we proposed the improved method of the frame according to finite element results.

Abstract: One SUV frame in the report was analyzed(FEA)with FE software HyperMesh, modal calculated with Nastran, and then we analyzed the results with HyperView. Fortunately,we obtained five natural frequencies which show that the natural frequencies of the frame above the road surface exciting frequency, where would be no resonance occur. As a result we can image the later improved design of frame structure could provide a theoretical basis.
