Abstract: The seismic response of step-terrace frame structure is affected by the slope. Considered soil parameters of slope, the floor numbers and span numbers of layers below the scarp, 45 step-terrace frame example structures were designed, and three excitations at bedrock were selected to analyze the example structures response with dynamic time-history analysis method. The research indicates that when the other conditions are the same, the soil becomes softer, or structure's span numbers on the slope becomes larger or the slope becomes higher, the dynamic interaction between slope and step-terrace frame structure becomes more obvious. When the inputted ground motion at slope foot is adopted and the slope soil is soft, the seismic response of structure without soil-structure interaction is smaller than that of with soil-structure interaction.

Abstract: Frame structure building is widely used for its advantages of flexible space, light weight, saving material, building plan can be flexibly arranged and so on. However, researches on frame structure built in the water in cold areas, under horizontal ice pressure, are very few, and there is also no ice pressure calculation method for this structure form. Combining with the damage phenomenon of Jintaizi fishing floor engineering, analyzed the causes of freezing damage from ice pressure, temperature joint, structure form, and put forward a concept of ice pressure influence width for frame structure under the effect of ice. This article provides a reference for ice pressure calculation and the design of frame structure buildings which built in the water.

Abstract: An efficient linear elastic iterative finite element method, namely, the elastic modulus reduction method is introduced to calculate limit load of frame structure. The elastic modulus reduction method defines the element bearing ratio on the basis of the generalized yield criterion and the strain energy equilibrium principle. Because the bending moment is the main factor inducing the frame structure damage, the element bearing ratio only considering the bending moment yield is proposed. Numerical examples demonstrate the applicability and precision of the elastic modulus reduction method for limit analysis of frame structures.

The paper had modal analysis of its earthquake response before and after isolation, focused on comparing the period under Tianjin wave before and after the isolation, which concluded the isolation effect of lead rubber isolation pad on the frame structure.

Abstract: Currently the studies on the effects of seismic isolation layer parameters on seismic response of base isolated structure are so few. So this paper used the software ANSYS to analyze seismic response of a reinforced concrete frame structure with openings slab. It focused on the relationship between the isolation layer of the elastic stiffness and isolation effect, and provided reference for reasonable selection of seismic isolation layer parameters.

Aiming at this problem, this paper using reinforced concrete frame structure of a partial discontinuity floor as an example, using ANSYS software, analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the based isolated structure, focused on the relationship between the yield stress of the isolation layer and the isolation effect, to provide reference for reasonable selection of seismic isolation layer parameters.
