Abstract: In the self-designed smart car, to control the speed and direction is the control core of the intelligent vehicle system . Due to hardware limitations, there is a delay in the smart car speed and direction control, which is adversely affected for the control of the smart car . For the above problems, the intelligent vehicle control will be applied by the feedforward and feedback control methods, the disturbance which is caused by the deviation will be treated in advance, Digital PID algorithm is improved , the incomplete differential and differential current algorithm is introduced to the PID algorithm to improve the dynamic performance of the system. Aftet this new algorithm is adopted, the dynamic performance of the intelligent vehicle system has been greatly improved.

Abstract: In this paper, the crack identification using smart technique (by several hybrid membership functions in a fuzzy controller) has been developed for inverse analysis of the vibration signatures (like modal frequencies, mode shapes) and crack parameters (like crack depth, crack location and crack inclination) of an inclined edge crack cantilever beam. The modal frequencies are obtained from finite element (using ANSYS) and experimental analysis which are used as inputs to the hybrid fuzzy controller. The hybrid fuzzy system is designed by taking different types of membership functions (MF) to determine the crack parameters. The calculated first three modal frequencies are used to create number of fuzzy rules with the three output crack parameters. Finally, the proposed hybrid technique is validated by comparing the results obtained from trapezoidal and Gaussian fuzzy controllers, FEA and experimental results. The outcomes obtained from hybrid fuzzy controller are in good agreement with experimental results. Nomenclature

Abstract: The mathematic theories of traditional flood classification methods are complicated and difficult to calculate. And it is difficult to determine the weights of evaluation index objectively. In this paper the idea of fractal dimension which reflects the target complexity as an index weight is put forward. At the same time paying attention to the fuzzy character of evaluation standard boundary value, the new flood classification method which based on fractal fuzzy set pair analysis is suggested. The suggested method is used in flood classification of the Tuwei River basin (a sub-basin of the Yellow River). The results show that the suggested method is objective, simple and effect, the result of classification is feasible.

Abstract: Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN) is an emerging technology in the area of telemedicine. It helps doctors to remotely monitor the health condition of patients. The success of usage of WBSNs for health care monitoring relies mainly on the security provided to the medical information. In this paper, a fuzzy based key agreement scheme that uses ECG signal to protect the symmetric key to be exchanged is introduced. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is evaluated using False Acceptance Rate (FAR) and our proposed system shows minimum FAR.

Abstract: There is no standard and sophisticated experimental teaching evaluation system in university currently even experimental teaching is an important part of practice teaching, which results in lacking of standardization and systematization during experimental teaching. Directing to the problems, this paper constructed an experimental teaching evaluation index system and proposed an evaluation method based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, which calculates the corresponding weights for each index and evaluates teaching effectiveness using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and comes to the evaluation results, finally this method was applied to evaluate the experimental teaching process in university fundamental computer course, which showed the validity and reliability of the evaluation system.

Abstract: The composition and working principles of the constructed Hybrid Electric Vehicle’s Electronic Throttle Control System are introduced. This paper presents the control strategy, and implements the Electronic Throttle Control System based on Fuzzy PID algorithm. It analyzes the resolution, react characteristics and dynamic tracking performance of the control system, and also discusses the anti-jamming measures under the automotive complex operation condition. The real vehicle test results demonstrate that this electronic throttle control system features better tracking and robustness.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the stabilization problem for fuzzy Markovian jumping systems with distributed time delay. First, fuzzy Markovian jumping systems with distributed time delay are peoposed. Second, a novel criterion of delay-dependent robust stabilization for fuzzy Markovian jumping systems is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) by using Lyapunov stability theory and free-weighting matrix method. When these LMIS are feasible, an explicit expression of a desired adjustable state feedback controller is given. Based on the obtained criterion, the introduced controller ensures the overall closed-loop system asymptotically stable in mean square sense for all admissible uncertainties and time delay.

Abstract: Owing to the reality of different focus, temperature localization, etc, there usually generate all kinds of image of local fuzzy, In solving such problems, the fusion technology of grayscale image has have already developed into a rather mature stage, however, in the color images field it still exists some shortcomings and need to be improved gradually. In order to dispose the problem that the method of traditional wavelet transform fusion is used in color image fusion will lead to the color difference, this paper proposes the method strategy based on the wavelet transform and R, G, B three color channel binding type fusion, it can achieves the effect of fuzzy image without producing the Color difference.

Abstract: The control object is the temperature of pre-cooling machine, combined the advantage of neural network and genetic algorithm (GA). Adopting GA controller based fuzzy neural network. The controller doing the fuzzy reasoning to the difference of given temperature and sample temperature. GA does the offline training to the Connection weights and Membership function of fuzzy neural network, then uses BP algorithm to do further adjust online for parameters. Simulation result shows that the new controller achieves better control effect compared with traditional PID controller, fuzzy controller.
