Abstract: Donations are needed to help victims of natural disasters. To optimize the amount of donations, charitable organizations need to know the level of importance of the factors that influence the intention to donate. In this study using Fuzzy AHP to prioritize existing factors. Several previous studies have often used multi-criteria methods for factor problems. However, several previous methods have not been applied to donation intentions, which is novelty in this study. In this study, there is an order of factors from the most important intention to donate to disasters online. The first is Trust and Transaction Security. The second is Interactivity, Disclosure and Online News. The third order is Subjective Norms and eWoM, while the last order is Personal Financial Status. The results of this study are useful for managers of charitable organizations to find out the factors that are important in causing people's intentions to donate. In addition, it is also useful for knowledge in the field of multi-criteria decision analysis in the application of fuzzy AHP to rank the factors that influence online donations.

Abstract: There is no doubt that currently the use of electronic products and appliances has escalated tremendously in all over the world including Indonesia. This situation obviously also causes the increase of e-waste (electronic waste). Without proper treatment, e-waste will eventually cause environmental degradation as most of substances in electronic products contain hazardous materials. Proper treatment of e-waste will prevent environmental problems and at the same time will preserve natural resources as most of the materials even components in electronic products are reusable or recyclable. In many developed countries the collection of e-waste has been regulated and professionally managed. The situation is different in Indonesia as there is low law enforcement to handle e-waste at national and local levels. This paper will present a research utilizing Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the best e-waste collection scenario for Indonesia. Criteria and sub-criteria that need to be considered for future implementation as well as recommendation for e-waste collection in Indonesia are presented as the result of the research.

Abstract: With the rapid expansion of the grid, how to solve the security and stability of power system has become a hot problem. As a power system after a serious accident the necessary security measures, black-start programs are expected to play an extremely important role in reducing the loss of equipment and user outage and decreasing the outage time. The present paper proposes a series of advantages about distributed generator (DG) and raises evaluation indexes of DG in black-start. The fuzzy hierarchical model is built based on the general steps of fuzzy decision theory. According to the concept of triangular fuzzy number, considering the indexes of which the weight value is judged by means of trapezoidal fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix. Finally, by actually case anglicizing, the paper demonstrates the scientific nature, effective and easy to operate of the method. And a new decision-making method for the optimal DG start-up sequences based on fuzzy AHP is proposed.

Abstract: The index weight plays a very important role and directly affects the decisions of the results in the multi-attribute decision making, this paper applys information technology and date processing to determine subjective weights in multiple attribute decision making ,and combinate tuple Linguistic and AHP to solve the subjective indicators with linguistic assessment information right weight information. Finally, obtained subjective evaluation index weights and an example is given to approve the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.

Abstract: In recent years the number of APP users rapid growth, so the research on APP user’s satisfaction is particularly important. This paper makes analysis and research on the evaluation method of APP user’s satisfaction, in view of the different influence factors of users in the use of the APP, we put forward the evaluation index of APP user’s satisfaction set, and used AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index, finally we get the asessment for the APP user’s satisfaction situation through the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model. In the end of the paper, we can get a conclusion that the method is objectivity, practicability and accuracy.

Abstract: A multi-level model automotive service performance evaluation model was established based on the servicer-core automotive service network model was proposed. The model was divided into three interrelated levels: the business level, the process level, the learning and development level, respectively used to evaluate business conditions, operating process and development potential of the object. A fuzzy AHP evaluation model for automotive supply chain collaboration performance evaluation was established. A case study was used to show the feasibility of this evaluation model. The results show that, supply chain collaboration performance result of the object was slightly lower than the regional average. Services of the object had unbalanced development and some indicators had great room for improvement.

Abstract: Nowadays, through greater awareness of protecting the environment and sustainable development in organizations, the importance of recycling and returning of used product has increased in supply chain management. Selecting an appropriate recycler is a critical issue in an organization and it needs to trade off between multiple criteria. Selection criteria are related to organizational circumstances and they may be qualitative or quantitative with complexity and uncertainty in their nature. The purpose of this study is to determine the sustainability criteria for recycler selection and to suggest a fuzzy AHP model for choosing the best third party recycler. A comprehensive methodology is illustrated using a case study of a fast food restaurant chain in Malaysia.

Abstract: New socialist countryside (NHC) is usually observed in rural social economic development in China since 2005. In this paper, we analyzed NSC construction in Northwest Minorities regions of China based on the idea of an Fuzzy AHP Algorithm which builds a combined analysis technique of AHP and Fuzzy theory for multiple criteria decision making, and by four aspects: new farmersdeveloped agricultureharmonious countryside and environment for minority populations. The result show that evaluation index system based on Fuzzy AHP Algorithm in Northwest Minority regions has good reliability.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of highway network for sustainable development and make clear the purpose and content of evaluation. On the basis of that this paper from network capacity, network traffic environmental carrying capacity, social benefit continuity and management system and policy this four aspects to set up the evaluation index system for the degree of highway network sustainable development, and illustrate the quantitative method of the attribute value of quantitative and qualitative indicators. This paper put forward the comprehensive evaluation method which is based on the Fuzzy AHP. Finally take the trunk road network of Zhang Jiakou city for instance to study.

Abstract: In order to meet the demand for real-time monitoring of transmission line state in the construction of the smart grid, this paper adopt the transmission line condition monitoring system that is based on the Internet of Things technology, PON technology and the fuzzy expert diagnostic technology; with a large number of experiments and field pilots, we get ideal results. It can get real-time the state of the transmission line and make accurate judgments, which verify the accuracy and implementability of the system; This system has many advantages, such as comprehensive collection of information, stable network, high output accuracy, simple to deploy, and so on.
