Abstract: At present P2P is widely applied on the Internet. But it still has a safety hazard because of the special feature of dynamic and anonymity of P2P.This paper designs a model of P2P trust based on fuzzy degree of nodes' credit. It computes the fuzzy degree of nodes' credit according to the historic records and the theory of fuzzy mathematics, and the result is used as the basis of choice of P2P transaction. The fuzzy degree of nodes' credit will be increased and decreased according to the behavior of the node, establishing the dynamic and reasonable mechanism of rewards and punishment. Experimental results show that the model designed in this paper has a better performance in the parts of trade success rate and network load.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel approach to ranking fuzzy numbers based on the mean and the fuzzy degree of fuzzy number is proposed. In the approach, a new ranking index that is comprehensive consideration of the mean and the fuzzy degree of fuzzy number is constructed, and then the properties of the ranking index are given. Moreover, to compare the proposed approach with the existing approaches, numerical examples are given. The comparative results illustrate that the approach proposed in this paper is better and has simpler calculations.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of license plate Chinese character recognition based on image quality for improving the recognition rate of low-resolution characters in license plates. Each subset of license plate Chinese character images with the same fuzzy degree are used to construct a corresponding PCA subspace, then the projection residuals distance between the Chinese character to be recognized and each subspace in the specific subspaces which are selected by character’s fuzzy degree is calculated. The class which corresponds to the subspace with the minimum distance is the recognition result. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher recognition rate and faster recognition speed comparing to other ones.

Abstract: Material is the precondition for the implementation of building engineering project. Material procurement cycle and quality directly related to the progress and quality of building project, which is the effective protection of successful completion. Owing to many factors of uncertainty of decision-making environment and fuzzy thinking of decision-makers, the selection of building engineering supplier represents as group behavior selection process in fuzzy environment. Based on analysis on fuzzy group decision methods, the information representation method in fuzzy condition was introduced to present a kind of fuzzy information aggregation method. Application example of supplier selection of some building company shows that the method can reflect preference of enterprise on fuzzy and adequately consider each schema with proximity, which is a more practical approach for supplier selection.
