Abstract: Forecasting and evaluating the safety of mine main ventilator are helpful to prevent mine ventilation safety accidents from happening. First, on the basis of collecting and analyzing a large quantity of fault information of main ventilator in the nationwide coal mine, the index system was established for safety evaluation of coal mine ventilator. Second, the remark set was set up. Then, weights of safety estimation index of mine main ventilator was determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). With the experts grading method, single-factor matrix of fuzzy evaluation was established. Last, mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was settled for mine main ventilator based on fuzzy theory and used to evaluate the safety of the coal mine main ventilator. The current safety assessment level of coal mine ventilator is “basically safe” and the result can be used to make decisions.

Abstract: Gymnastics to gain success in colleges and universities must have one of the most basic ability which is teaching ability. To the teaching ability, the evaluation is objective and correct, so that the students can get all-round development during undergraduate course, and to be able to meet the needs of the society is the difficult problem in teaching. This study adopts multi-level fuzzy evaluation method, establishes teaching ability index system and evaluation method, and hopes to provide certain theoretical basis for track and field teaching in the future.

Abstract: Through the current situation survey of geological environmental disasters caused by limestone mining in Chongqing and combined with the principles of establishing evaluation index system and industry experts’ advices, we get the geological environmental impact assessment system of open-pit limestone mining which is consist of 7 dimensions and 25 indexes. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assign the weight of 25 indexes and based on membership functions of trapezoidal distribution to establish evaluation standard, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, we get the influence degree of the geological environmental system affected by the open-pit limestone mining in Chongqing. This model makes the impact on geological environment of limestone mining quantitative and plays a certain guiding role in the local environmental protection strategy formulation and geological disaster prevention.

Abstract: In order to accurately and effectively evaluate the trust level between enterprises whose supply chain exists in direct transactions, this paper proposed a trust level evaluation method based on reputation, this method by introducing corporate transactions satisfaction level, corporate transaction amount, corporate transactions time, corporate transactions number and rewards and punishments factor five factors, which make description and measurement of corporate reputation more accurate. Meanwhile, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of corporate transactions satisfaction level, this paper proposes a transaction satisfaction evaluation method based on fuzzy evaluation, the transaction satisfaction were evaluated from product quality, product cost and completion time three aspects. Simulation results show that the model proposed by this paper can effectively evaluate the direct trust level of supply chain enterprises by the reputation. Compared with similar existing trust model, this model evaluates direct trust between enterprises more accurately and objectively. It also effectively reduces the occurrence of corporate fraud and speculative behavior.

Abstract: This paper has designed a new diamond computer evaluation method by the use of the diamond evaluation model, and the combination of VC programming technology, and the method has been introduced into the evaluation of regional tourism comprehensive competitiveness. In order to achieve the comprehensive evaluation function of new diamond model, we have designed new diamond comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model by using fuzzy evaluation function to, and have the developed computer evaluation system of regional tourism competitiveness by combining VC programming technology. The system uses the market, enterprises and infrastructure the three aspects of evaluation factors to score the tourism competitiveness, which has realized the evaluation of computer automation function. Competitiveness of regional tourism industry in Shandong, Yunnan and Gansu and other areas is respectively scored through the function, and the results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation score of Yunnan is the highest, and that of Gansu is the lowest.

Abstract: According to the problem of over-subjective in current effect evaluation method of video surveillance system, a comprehensive effect evaluation index system of video surveillance system is established. Hierarchy belongingness between multiple index elements is established, the function of each index elements is quantitatively analyzed with the help of MATLAB, and the effect evaluation of video surveillance system is performed with the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It is proved in instances that the effect evaluation method of video surveillance system with the application of the index system is capable of evaluating the video surveillance system effectively and quantitatively.

Abstract: Although many dairy enterprises have established quality traceability systems, there is no indicators system and methods for evaluation on the capability of traceability system. The paper targets logistics quality traceability system of dairy products, establishes evaluation index system of traceability system, and evaluates the capability of logistics quality traceability system based on FAHP. Finally, we carry on the instance analysis of one dairy enterprise to evaluation its logistics quality traceability system.

Abstract: An index system for evaluating the demand side management (DSM) on railway temporary power system is established in this thesis, and the part weight and the whole weight of the index system are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The basic theory of fuzzy evaluation is introduced, and the feasibility of applying it to DSM on railway temporary power system is analyzed. Through the establishment of index system, evaluation and comparison to DSM projects can be carried out horizontal and vertical. Then identify gaps and weaknesses, analyze the causes, guide the consciousness of energy conservation and environmental protection, supervised of electricity in an orderly manner, establish DSM long-term management mechanism.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of selecting football coach is analyzed and studied. Concretely, a new index system of evaluating the football coach which includes coaching ability, team scores and personal achievement is designed, and then a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics is presented to rank all candidates and to select the optimal football coach. Therefore, a novel and effective way is obtained to solve the problem of evaluating the comprehensive level of football coaches under the uncertain information.
