Abstract: The method of make-to-order has gradually become the primary mode of production. It is an extremely important ability for enterprises to make production scheduling and response to the changes of customer demand agiely. Therefore, this paper mainly deals with how to evaluating order priority in the mode of make-to-order. For this question, an evaluation index system and a model of fuzzy mathematic system evaluation are established. Through empirical analysis, the model and evaluation system are found feasible and valid.

Abstract: Slagging is a very complicated physical and chemical process which refers to several scientific cores such as combustion, multiphase flow, heat and mass transfer etc. This paper is to build a mathematical modeling of fuzzy comprehensive judgment and to predicate the distribution of slagging on the heated surface by utilizing the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Then a prediction is made in the boiler of Tuoketuo power plant from Datang Corporation with this method, the results are better consistent with the actual conditions.

Abstract: In this paper,it is mainly based on the characteristics of index of some equipment, analyses the correspondence between first class index and second class index, studies the calculation of weigh index. Several methods including linear weighted method, Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the fuzzy Borda method have been taken into account to improve the confirmable methods of judgment matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analyses of three different eqiupment,A system,B system and C system, demonstrates that A system is the best unanimously.

Abstract: To solve the synchronization problem of collaborative manufacturing the uncertain factors of collaborative manufacturing progress are analyzed and fuzzy mathematic descriptions are defined. Considering deviation degree between the dynamic scheduling and the original scheduling, a multi-objective optimization model was developed. With the current production state as initial state, according to the new manufacturing constraints of collaborative production chain, a feasible solution is found to satisfy the constraint conditions. A simulation experiment is carried out and obtained an optimal scheduling scheme.

Abstract: Making weaving scheme by orthogonal analysis method, this study has three factors: the raw materials, blending ratio, the weaving structure. We did five tests about the samples such as the moisture permeability, antibacterial properties and elastic recovery rate and so on. Finally, using the fuzzy mathematical analysis method to analyze data, draw a conclusion that the Cleancool fabric blended with polyamide on75:25 fabricated with 1+1 false rib has the best hygroscopic quick-drying, anti-bacterial and odor-proofing properties, it’s suitable for seamless sports fabrics.

Abstract: This article in view of the oil and gas production and operation plan evaluation indexes both depend on each other, and contradictory, difficult to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of characteristics. Using the fuzzy mathematics method to establish calculation model, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, selected from several schemes out a best solution, to help managers to make right decisions and judgments.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitation of traditional PID algorithm in the field of control, the fuzzy control theory and traditional PID control algorithm are combined to realize parameter self-tuning function, a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, and this algorithm is analyzed in-depth study. It provides a new solution of modern industrial control problem that combining with fuzzy control technology and PID control technology. The FPGA has high integration, short development cycle, the characteristics of strong reusability; fuzzy PID controller has a good practical value and optimistic application prospect based on FPGA.

Abstract: In order to diagnose diseases, the basic information of fuzzy mathematics is discussed; and the concept and description of fuzzy mathematics are analyzed in this article. Fuzzy mathematics is introduced in evaluating the ability of enterprise’s innovation, color identification of robots, coal mine safety assessment and other aspects of related example. An application of fuzzy mathematics in disease diagnosis is briefly described. We analyze the basic characteristics of the disease acute gastroenteritis, colds, rhinitis, pneumonia, etc., using the basic theories and methods of fuzzy mathematics to analyze to satisfactory results. The result shows that the method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: In the 1960 of the 20th century, a new mathematical discipline-fuzzy mathematics appeared, and it grows strong unceasingly in the world. The one hand, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory has been widely used in ecology, agriculture, water pollution, air quality, geological exploration, petroleum production and all kinds of areas, on the other hand, it is unprecedented that fuzzy mathematics was applied to individual competency assessment .In order to solve the deficiencies of comprehensive evaluation model for personal, this paper establish the program design of personal ability’s comprehensive evaluation mathematical model , based on the existing literature research.

Abstract: Firstly, the causes of mine air flow instability were analyzed in this paper, then the paper applied fuzzy mathematics method and got construction method of the membership function of airflow stability. Wind resistance of shaft and lane, natural wind pressure, operating conditions of fan and other random disturbance conditions are defined by membership function of relative stability degree of mine airflow. This paper provided a quantitative analysis method for the mine airflow stability.
