Abstract: This paper introduces the rapid automatic control module of trawler based on the hydraulic system of ‘Zhejiang fishery scientific research ship No.2’.The hydraulic simulation model of double motor winch system is built in AMESim software, and SIMULINK module in MATLAB software designed closed loop fuzzy PID controller for hydraulic system simulation. through fuzzy PID control technology drives the hydraulic winch to quickly adjust the tension of the traction, maintain the stable balance of the traction force, maintain the optimization of network horizontal expansion, not only improve the fishing efficiency, but also timely and effective protection mesh. the technical achievements formed by the research will enable small and medium-sized trawlers to adjust the tension under various working conditions through the fuzzy PID control system to stabilize the opening shape of the trawl, so as to improve the automation level and fishing efficiency of related trawling equipment, and provide technical support for precision fishing.

Abstract: Dynamics model and Electro-hydraulic proportional control model were established using Simulink and AMESim, Co-simulation was did based on the model. Control Performance of erecting system is Improved based on fuzzy PID control algorithm. Simulation results show that, Overshoot at level exchanging is small, the response is fast and the stability is improved based on fuzzy PID control algorithm.

Abstract: Double Helix Resistor (DHR) can be used to establish AC resistance standard. Because the short-term stability of the DHR is very important during the process of quantity value dissemination, the DHR should be kept in a temperature-controlled environment. This paper presents a Fuzzy-PID temperature control method based on MSP430F149, the overshoot and adjustment time of the temperature control system can be reduced by using the Fuzzy control rules to adjust PID parameters. A special resistance box is designed to place DHR and decrease the exterior EMI effectively. At last, Fluke 8508A is used to measure the resistance of DHR. The measurement results show that the short-time relative stability of DHR is enhanced to 3×10-7 after applying the presented temperature control system.

Abstract: This paper designs a longitudinal controller for a magnetic navigation unmanned electric vehicle to obtain desired values for speed tracking. The motion control algorithm is proposed using PID control via fuzzy logic for PID parameters online adjusting. A switch strategy is designed to guarantee the smooth switching between the drive actuator and the brake one. The vehicle is a modification of an electric sightseeing car. A simple model of a typical front drive car for vehicle dynamics control system is built to help the design of the controller. The road test results demonstrated that the longitudinal controller provided high tracking accuracy and strong robustness.

Abstract: Since the object model is time-varying and time-delay in the electric boiler temperature control system, Smith Fuzzy PID controller is applied in it. Simulation results in the paper show that the overshoot is reduced by 31.3% compared with the system under Smith PID control and the adjusting time reached a 30% reduction compared with those under Fuzzy PID control with T=380 and τ=110. In order to eliminate the oscillation problem in system when model parameters change, a new Smith Fuzzy PID controller with two degrees of freedom is applied, whose control performance is much better than that of Smith Fuzzy PID.

Abstract: This paper designs an intelligent fuzzy PID controller of electromagnetic bearing for axial artificial heart pump (AAHP) to achieve re-stable suspension and quick response performance. and Matlab/Simulink is employed to simulate floating process of the rotor and the process of response to displacement disturbance. The simulation results show that the floating overshoot can be inhibited effectively, with the fuzzy PID controller. Fuzzy PID controller can respond to sudden displacement disturbance quickly. Then analyze the simulation waveforms of Fuzzy PID controller and traditional PID controller, verify that the fuzzy PID controller can overcome the shortcomings of traditional PID controller, and increase the control precision of the system and the robustness of the system.

Abstract: According to the strong coupling between the electromagnetic torque and radial suspension force, and the difficulty of establishing a precise mathematical model of bearingless induction motor, least squares support vector machine is proposed in this paper. The inverse model approximated by the LS-SVM is connected with the original system, decoupling a complex nonlinear multivariable system into four relatively independent pseudo-linear sub-systems of single input and single output. At the same time, fuzzy PID control strategy is introduced to the pseudo linear system to ensure the robustness and anti-jamming ability of the control system. Then the performance is simulated with Matlab/ Simulink. The theory research and simulation experiment have validated that the decoupling control of inverse system based on least squares support vector machine method can be successfully realized, which between the electromagnetic torque and radial suspension force, and the good performance of dynamic and static state of system can be also obtained.

Abstract: In this paper, based on fuzzy PID controller, a fuzzy inference method is utilized to realize automatic regulating PID parameter, and the application of the controller in motion control system is studied with Matlab Simulink. The results of simulation indicate that the cont roller gives a good control performance and has a high reference value for further applications..

Abstract: This paper studied the fuzzy PID method on controlling permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system. The servo control system consists of the S3C2410 and drive circuit, etc. A fuzzy PID controller is designed by combined fuzzy control with conventional PID control, Fuzzy inference rule of PID parameters is designed according to nonlinear and uncertainty of the PMSM servo system, which would result in changes of characteristic parameters of object or structure. Simulation results indicate that the fuzzy PID controller is superior to the conventional PID controller in dynamic stability performance.

Abstract: According to the contradiction between the large stroke and high precision of positioning mechanism, in order to solve the high precision positioning problem of large stroke motion system in precision machining and precision measurement fields, the macro-micro positioning mechanism based on electrohydraulic-piezoelectric hybrid servo was presented with the advantages of the electrohydraulic servo driven and the piezoelectric precision driven. Its combined simulation model based on AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink software was built. On this basis, its fuzzy PID control simulation research was done. The simulation results showed that compared with traditional PID, the positioning mechanism static and dynamic performance could be improved by using the fuzzy control method. This will provide control theoretical basis for practical engineering applications.
