Abstract: There are many factors influencing the reliability allocation of CNC machine tools and some are difficult to analyze quantitatively, a comprehensive reliability allocation method is proposed using interval analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process. Many influence factors were considered and endowed with different weight respectively according to the influence degree. In this paper, a reliability allocation model is proposed for CNC machine tools, which used interval number instead of real number to express uncertain information. It could make use of the field test information and experts’ experience comprehensively. Finally, the application of this method is illustrated with an example, and the results showed that the allocation method is feasible and effective for the reliability allocation of CNC machine tools.

Abstract: Network security assessment is a complex multi-criteria problem including both quantitative and qualitative factors. In this paper, taken the computer network security evaluation index for a research object, the judgment matrix of index weight was improved based on the fuzzy theory, and a new weight determination approach was proposed to make up the shortcomings of traditional weight determination method and highlight the fuzziness of expert judgment. Meanwhile using fuzzy theory to establish fuzzy evaluation matrix, then combine analytic hierarchy process to set up a fuzzy AHP evaluation model of the computer network security. At the final stage, a security assessment of the system of an institution’s network was to implement to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation model.

Abstract: Fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, is mainly rely on experience to determine the membership function for data processing. The water supply network security evaluation system is established based on network historical statistical data. A reasonable evaluation of urban water supply network in shanxi has been carried in the application of AHP to determine the factor weight of fuzzy mathematics.

Abstract: Pro-active head restraint is a new automotive safety device. It can make a pre-estimation of the occurrence possibility of rear-end collision. Thus, the whiplash injury can be effectively reduced or even prevented. One of the key elements in rear-end collision avoidance system is to establish an effective safety distance mathematical model. Based on the running state of front car, the related calculation models of safety distance are established by means of dynamical and kinematical analysis of vehicle braking process and following process. Taken randomness of parameters into consideration, the fuzzy relations between these parameters should be validated by means of fuzzy theory. By using the MATLAB software, the study shows that safety distance model and the methods used to determine parameters are reasonable, and the false alarm can be effectively minimized.

Abstract: The quantitative assessment and classification of the disaster loss is a complex and difficult work. It often encounters the problem that different people will arbitrarily create different membership functions for the same issue, so the results of different model can not be compared. The other problem for the current classified models of the loss of disaster is that the evaluation factors may have mutual relationships between each other, which will affect the results. In the aim of solving these problems, a new model for fuzzy classification for the loss of disaster is proposed. Firstly, the related indexes are decomposed based on orthogonalization theory in order to solve mutual relations between the factors of loss. And then, in term of fuzzy and probabilistic reasoning theory, the fuzzy membership interval function of loss of disaster is obtained through establishing optimization model. Through solving the optimization model by Genetic algorithms, the fuzzy classified model is established. Finally, the model proposed is utilized to evaluate the loss of mud-rock flow in Bijie area Guizhou province. The conclusion shows that model proposed has highly precision to evaluate the loss of disaster.

Abstract: College moral education resources are the focus of the community and it is also the focus of this article on how to realize the resources of the college moral education optimization, so that it can play the biggest role. The main content of the article is in the new media and college moral education resources, focusing on college students in moral education evaluation to build moral education evaluation system for colleges and universities. Meanwhile, we understand the moral education status quo and through fuzzy evaluation method statistical analysis to know the status of moral education education, and target to the establishment of a new media perspective of the college moral education resource integration mode, use resources in the society, network as well as colleges and universities to realize resources’ effective sharing, in order to achieve the integration of resources and the optimal configuration of resources.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to compare the reliability of Likert scale between crisp and fuzzy data. The survey data is simulated based on two kinds of questionnaire data. They are questionnaire of crisp data and fuzzy data respectively. According to the viewpoints of fuzzy logic, human thinking is multi-value and fuzzy data will be more appropriate for survey. Therefore, it is proposed that the reliability from fuzzy data will be higher. Results of the simulation show that reliability of fuzzy data performs better than crisp data. Based on the findings of this study, some suggestions and recommendations are discussed for future research.

Abstract: In order to control the temperature of Antiseptic Machine, the temperature control method based on fuzzy theory is presented. A program of temperature control system based on fuzzy theory is designed. The program transmits the temperature signal which is got from temperature sensor to single chip and then transmits the control signal to Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). The purpose is to control the corresponding solenoid valve work so that the Pakistan antiseptic machine’s temperature can be controlled.

The purpose is to control the corresponding solenoid valve work so that the Pakistan antiseptic machine’s temperature can be controlled. The test result indicates that the structure of the control system is simple and effective. The proposed method can overcome the object’s pure time delay characteristic with fast response and small overshoot.

Abstract: Hierarchy evaluation system has been established through a phased analysis of functional properties of OSHMS system, based on four aspects: the file system specification, and the actual business integration, system scheme enforceable, the continuous improvement of the development. Quantitative performance evaluation results has been obtained by building Occupational Safety and Health Management System performance evaluation model through fuzzy theory. According to the rated existing occupation safety and health management system problems, suggestions for improvement are given.
