Abstract: In the paper the concept of using methods and models of the game theory to solve problems in the area of production planning and control is presented. The problems concerning selection of the most favorable routes from given circumstances and for available set of alternative routes in discrete multi-assortment production systems is presented. Considered in this paper the problems related to the allocation of adequate resources to carry out specific production plan of production orders. Combinatorial complexity of those problems is high especially at the operational level. Therefore heuristic or analytical methods are often used in the process of decision support, without indicating the optimum solution. Conducted research in this area are also related to AI methods. The proposed approach in this paper, is based on the game theory in the production planning. The tools of game theory have been used so far mainly in the area of production planning at the levels of strategic and tactical planning. But recently, arises increasingly interest in using game theory in the field of production planning at the operational level. In this case, the player term is replaced with the agent or object term that represents (not the entity or person as it is in the classical approach) production order, production process or package of production orders.

Abstract: This study establishes the competitive production-inventory models with vendor’s imperfect production processes by using game theory. The imperfect production processes can be improved by capital investment which is shared out between the vendor and the buyer jointly. In addition, the inspection process is assumed to be imperfect and Type I and Type II inspection errors occur during product quality inspection. We first develop the total cost per unit time of the buyer and vendor, respectively and then seek the optimal buyer’s order quantity, vendor’s shipping times and defective rate of the product where the system achieves a Nash equilibrium. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions for the buyer and the vendor respectively are shown. Furthermore, we develop a algorithm to find the optimal solutions. Finally, an numerical example are presented to demonstrate the solution procedure.

Abstract: In this paper, game and optimization theory is applied to the marine navigation in congested waters. The process of game ship control is mentioned first, and then the base model and the approximated models are described with the simulation results. For each approximated model of the dynamic game, an appropriate method of safe control to support the navigator decision in a collision situations has been assigned. The considerations have been illustrated an examples of a computer simulation of several algorithms to determine the safe ship's trajectory in situations of passing many of the ships encountered, recorded on the radar screen in real navigational situation at sea.

Abstract: Government investment project is the focus of the national construction, also is one of main driving force for the development of the national economy, and the amount of money involved is often large, as well as distributed in all parts of the country , therefore it takes an crucial position in the entire national economy. Moreover, from the perspective of the nature, government investment projects and people's work and life are closely related, which is a hotspot that arose widespread concerns in the whole society. The participants in government investment projects mainly include government, authority department and the contractor, and they reverberate through the project. Each participant's behavior will have a significant impact on the project, and behavioral problems in project management occupies increasingly important role, therefore it is significant to strengthen the research on the behavioral risk of project participants. This paper mainly investigates the rent-seeking activities, which would exist between authority department and the contractor, and aims at improving the supervision effect through the game analysis model.

Abstract: The forward green supply chain consisting of the manufacturer and retailer is as the background. The Game Theory is used, and two kinds of green supply chain game models are set up: the Centralized decision-making model, and the Manufacturer-leading Stackelberg game model. Then we carry out numerical simulation. We find that (1)With the increase of green level of green products, the market price of green product is increasing, the profit the manufacturer and the retailer are also increasing;(2)The manufacturer and the retailer will benefit from that consumers have strong environment consciousness. So we suggest the manufacturer and the retailer should cooperate to produce higher green level of products.

Abstract: We build an interference model to embody the influence from topological distribution, transmission power and packet transmission rate quantitatively. Then game theory is introduced. We take transmission power and position tracking accuracy as game strategy and payoff respectively. The existence of Nash equilibrium in vehicle network are proved. A Nash equilibrium is corresponding to the optimized transmission power vector for vehicles. Vehicle network self-adaptive power control algorithm (VNSPCA) is proposed to adjust transmission power in vehicle network. Finally, we conduct simulation and compare the performance of VNSPCA with MINPCA and MAXPCA.

Abstract: Recently sluice safety evaluation in China was mainly based on the conventional experienced methods, in which the index was in qualitative analysis and the weight of the index was measured irrationally. Sluice real behavior was influenced by many factors, and some are fuzzy and uncertain. Through matter-element analysis , a hierarchy, multi-index and information matter-element system was set up. Based on the fuzzy mathematics and extension theory , the fuzzy extension model of sluice safety assessment was established. The comprehensive weight method base on game theory was applied in the model. It has been used to describe sluice safety behavior dynamically and quantitatively in real sluice project. Moreover , it can also be applied in the assessment of other hydraulic structures.

Abstract: At the beginning of this paper, the contradiction between less design and more design is led to by the hot subject of global sustainable development. Then the concepts of less design and more design are defined, and the two factors (human and nature) which affect the global sustainable development are analyzed. After that, the game model of less design and more design is set up and the Nash equilibrium is deduced, which is helpful to bring some ideas and suggestions for keeping global sustainable development. Finally, the game between human and nature is discussed deeply from a philosophical level, and the theory “Taosim follows the natural laws” in Taosim is proposed to solve the contradiction.

Abstract: Power grid crisis happening at home and abroad warns the necessity of carry out power grid crisis management. Power-grid crisis management game is a zero sum game between power grid crisis manager and crisis event. Power-grid crisis game belongs to the “dynamic game of incomplete information”-“dynamic Bayesian game”. Dynamic Bayesian game process is just analogous to the process of crisis management of power grid, which fully demonstrates that the process of power-grid crisis management is a course of repeated game between crisis manager and power-crisis, also a constantly optimized process. This article mainly studies: the specific characteristics of dynamic Bayesian game of grid crisis management; the Dynamic game model of power grid crisis management; the calculation of refined Bayesian equilibrium principles.

Abstract: With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies, users could get many kinds of services and applications now. And as the number of users and the amount of traffic are growing, the contradiction between the infinite demand of users and the finite radio resources is getting increasingly apparent. According to this situation, this paper propose a radio resource allocation algorithm based on bargaining game theory for fourth generation long term evolution (LTE) system, with which the network could balance the situations of users in different classes and enhance the utility of users. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could allocate the radio resources efficiently and provide users with higher utility.
