Abstract: Environmentally targeted regulation of material and energy flows in the regional area, which is part of the philosophy of industrial ecology, should be considered taking into account both the welfare of the population and economic interests. Thinking of logistics as the science of managing complex flows in networks provides a scientific basis for logistics and industrial ecology, as well as enabling the movement of resources in socio-economic systems in an economically highly efficient manner. It aimed to achieve the sustainable development goals of industrial systems at different hierarchical levels. These two areas complement each other and create a new integrated development vector for the sustainable development paradigm. In this case, it is very important to understand the concept of management well. Although in both industrial ecology and logistics material flow is studied from physical, environmental and socio-economic perspectives, in logistics it is from physical and socio-economic perspectives. Combining these two components and the foundations of the disciplines will create a new and sustainable basis for policies and mechanisms for the development of regions. In the article, the example of industrial ecology is mentioned as the goals of sustainable development.

Abstract: In order to have a proper impression of a city, observer needs to move and participate in the city’s life. One of the most important functions of the image of our surroundings is to enable orientation and guidance of movement towards a certain goal. Urban structures that are reflected through disposition and appearance of streets, through a specific landscape arrangement, and ultimately through specific dimensioning and shaping of architecture, can often help to create a place that is easy to read. The increase in vividness of a space enables easier visual identification as well as orientation in space. That type of visual stimulation is expressed through orientation reaction, which stimulates easier adjustment of the subject to a certain space. Perception is defined as the level of sensitivity to visual stimuli in space, which are often connected to the level of interest of the subject. This research aims to identify the role of reference points in terms of the subject’s movement and orientation in the process of understanding both the unknown and the known surroundings.

Abstract: The geological disaster prevention projects generally have characteristics of dispersed distribution and low investment. If the tenders division can not be done properly, some problems such as project management difficulty, project quality risk, high security risk could easily be caused, the cost and duration target of the project is also difficult to achieve. According to the characteristics of geological disaster prevention projects, analytic hierarchy process is used to study the tenders division of the geological disaster prevention projects. Tenders division optimization will be conducive to achieve the project goals of quality, safety, cost and duration.

Abstract: Improve the efficiency and scientific of government supervision working in construction quality is an essential for enhancing its effectiveness, government supervision in construction quality standardization is effective measures for improving supervision. The paper analysis the purpose carries out government supervision in construction quality standardization from two perspectives, including the chief part of supervision and the operation of supervision; and dissects a significance of building government supervision in construction quality standardization system from six aspects, including change the way of supervision, supervision development and revolution, improve supervision efficiency, mend supervision means, distinguish nature of supervision responsibility and the code of conduct of supervision. Based on internal demand and operating characteristics of government supervision in construction quality, constructing two systems which include supervision process and decision standardization; and decomposes the structure and interactive relationship between the systems. Realize government supervision effectively in construction quality through standardization.

Abstract: We present a method for computing the stress intensity factors in bimaterials based on the goal oriented finite element error estimate. The goal oriented analysis focuses on computing the bounds on the local quantities of interest, e.g. local stresses, local displacements, stress intensity factors etc, of a structure, and with the bounds obtained on the coarse finite element mesh we can obtain the quantities of interest with nearly the same accuracy as that obtained on the fine finite element mesh. In this paper the stress intensity factors in bimaterials are first formulated as explicit computable linear function of the displacements by means of the two-points extrapolation method. Then the goal oriented finite element method is used to compute the lower and upper bounds on the stress intensity factors, and the average of the bounds is considered as a prediction of the stress intensity factor. At last, the stress intensity factors, 0 K and r K , in bimaterials are computed with the proposed method to show its efficiency.
