Abstract: Precision motion system is driven directly by high frequency linear motion platform, eliminating the adverse effects brought by mechanical transmission, and greatly improving the rapid reaction capability and the control accuracy of feedback system. The linear motion platform is widely used in various types of high-speed, precision machining equipment. In the paper, the one-dimensional linear motion platform is described, and design solution of mechanical part and control system is also introduced, including working principle and structure of voice coil motor, control methods of grating sensors, circuit of grating sensor, drive and control circuit. Displacement control, speed control and output force control of the one-dimensional linear motion control platform can be achieved. So the one-dimensional linear motion platform can be applied in the movement device in high-precision and high-speed.

Abstract: The precision dicing machine is adopted as the research object in the paper, the technology of grating sensor is selected to overcome the shortcoming of traditional compensation methods for inaccurate return compensate. The measurement is done through the grating sensor, with the aid of neural network feedback method, the fitting and compensation of the data measured by the grating sensor is completed, the deviation caused by vibration during the spindle run-time is eliminated. And the purpose of improving the precision of spindle is realized.

Abstract: The key problem for improving the precision of grating sensor is the subdivision technolgy. According to the instable condition of traditional monostable trigger subdivision circuit works on fast condition, this paper adopts CPLD to judge the logic signal, can identify direction, subdivide and count. In addition, we have introduction of the exterior synchronous clock .The technology not only overcome the instable situation but also improve anti-jamming of circuit system .It has been proved that the method get the better effort in practice.

Abstract: The principle and classes of grating sensors are analyzed in this paper firstly. To the high-precision requirement of rangefinder for the measurement of high voltage cables, the design method based on grating sensor is proposed. It is realized by installing two grating sensors on the rangefinder platform which are used for outputting the elevation angle and the horizontal angle. The subdivision circuit of system is described in detail by using E-subdivision algorithm. Experiment shows that it can increase the measure precision greatly.

Abstract: This paper demonstrated the feasibility of the adding roof on Ming Dynasty Castle in the Square City of the Ming Tomb. First, the structure composition of the existing ground in Square City and the wall of Ming Dynasty Castle was proved preliminary, through CT imaging of electromagnetic waves and on-site trench. Second by means of FEM, the stress and deformation of the wall load imposed were simulated. At last, the strain deformation of corridor in long period was monitored by grating sensors. It repeatedly demonstrated that the programs of adding roof on Ming Dynasty Castle can be achieved in the technology.
