At the same time, a number of programs proposed by several companies which can meet the green requirements have been also specifically analyzed in this paper so as to obtain the green manufacturing programs that are best suited to the automotive enterprises, which has the practical guiding significance.

Abstract: Materials selection for green manufacturing is a complicated system engineering. Materials selection for green manufacturing is a sort of fire-new idea compared with traditional materials selection. The influence of materials to outer environment was studied. The method of materials selection for green manufacturing, integration of technical, economic and environmental principle was put forward. Its supporting technologies were researched that include database and knowledge base of green materials and environmental influence evaluation system based on green materials life cycle. The constraint conditions, model and process of multi-objective decision-making of materials selection for green manufacturing were built so as to provide theoretic and technical support for materials selection.

Abstract: Green Manufacturing and Recycling Economy is the basis for the sustainable development of human society, is also the direction for the future development of manufacturing industry. This article describes the concept of Green Manufacturing and Recycling Economy, analyses the work of Green Manufacturing processes, from product design, production, recycling-oriented three-pronged explained, and presents three suggestions of Green Manufacturing for circular economy, including extending the product life cycle, establishing enterprise's return goods processing center and strengthening cooperation with relevant manufacturers. Through these methods can enable enterprises to achieve the recycling of materials and energy, and enable enterprises to reduce production costs, improve core competitiveness.

Abstract: Green cutting processing technology is a kind of full consideration of the environmental and resource issues processing techniques, It requires throughout the process do to the environment pollution to the minimum and the utilization rate of the highest. In the machining process without any cutting fluid of dry cutting is control environmental pollution source of a green manufacturing process, it can have clean scraps, no pollution, save the cutting fluid and the processing of costs, can further reduce the production cost. Therefore, the future direction of the cutting process is not or with as little as you cutting fluids, and energetically develop on the ecological environment and human health negative effects of small, processing the superior performance of cutting fluids, and environmental work to completely harmless green cutting fluid development direction.

Abstract: Since Green Manufacturing has been becoming the future trend of the manufacturing industries, metal cutting companies are being compelled to reduce their impact on the environment as more international and government environmental protection legislation is introduced. As an important component of Green Manufacturing, Green Machining has been proposed as a new conception and agreed by more and more people. To realize Green Machining, some suggestions are given and some effective methods or technologies are briefly introduced in this paper from two perspectives of reducing environmental pollution and saving natural resources. By comparing these technologies, it is found that the hybrid processing technologies, MQL and Water jet machining are relatively easy to implement.

Abstract: Green manufacturing is part of the continuous improvement strategy and green energy is indispensable to carry out green manufacturing because manufacturing is energy intensive. Green energy manufacturing is not easy to carry out with conventional means, but with the introduction of nanotechnology, many technical bottlenecks of green energy manufacturing can be resolved. This paper discussed the applications of nanotechnology in green energy manufacturing, especially in the manufacturing of several typical green energy such as solar energy, nuclear energy, biomass energy and geothermal energy, and then pointed out that nanotechnology was helpful to eliminate the technical bottlenecks of green energy manufacturing. Finally, with looking forward to the future, conclusion was drown that by the use of nanotechnology in green energy manufacturing, the supply of green energy would go up to a great new level and the green energy manufacturing would get remarkable progress.

Abstract: The concept of Green manufacturing is mainly reflected at Green Foundry. And the greening process for product casting could be accomplished by improving the foundry technique. For example, during the production of widely used and excellent high toughness ductile iron cast QT450-15, using two times desulphurization, covered packet spheroidization, composite inoculation and the like those consist green casting system, which could reduce the usage of rare earth, improve the scarce resource efficiency and product performance. This is of great significance for green manufacturing of ductile iron.
