Abstract: Studies have shown that surface texture can improve lubrication state and reduce friction and wear. The cold pressing process of micro-units can prepare surface textures at low cost, in large quantities, and with high efficiency, but the micro-pillar array mold required for the cold pressing process is difficult to prepare. In this study, the influence of mask electrochemical processing parameters on the height and height uniformity of the micropillar array was studied by orthogonal experiment on the 42CrMo alloy steel. Four main factors are designed in the orthogonal experiment, namely voltage, duty cycle, frequency, and mask spacing, and each factor is set to three levels. The results of the range analysis show that: voltage and duty cycle are positively correlated with the height of the microcolumn, but negatively correlated with uniformity, and when the duty cycle is 50%, the uniformity of the microcolumn decreases sharply; The height and uniformity of the microcolumns increase with the increase of mask spacing. The height of the microcolumn is positively correlated with the frequency, and the uniformity of the microcolumn first increases and then decreases with the increase of frequency. Therefore, in order to meet the height and uniformity requirements at the same time, the grey correlation analysis method was used to obtain the optimal processing parameters: 35 V (voltage), 30% (duty cycle), 300 um (spacing), and 5 kHz (frequency). The average height of the microcolumns prepared by this parameter is 57.632 um and the microcolumn has excellent high uniformity.

Abstract: Strong seasonality in demand, a short life cycle, and the constant introduction of new products make the demand of movies one of the main strategic decisions taken by movies’ distributors. This paper provides a rich assessment of the demand characteristics for movie theatre attendance. Taking into account the factors such as star, budget, release time, sequence, producing county and etc, a gray relationship approach is introduced to find the main factors that influence movie demand. Our research shows that the audience demand and sequel factors had the highest correlation. The correlation degree of attendance people and distribute copies is relatively high. Moreover, the more stars and the higher investment, will bring the more audience demand. The computing results will help the operators to maximize revenue.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as low production capacity, high production costs and insufficient resources utilization in Wulongquan mine, the method of grey correlation analysis has been adopted to analyze the main affecting factors about mine production cost. Considering the changes and tendency of these time sequences, grey absolute correlation degree has been used to reflect the strong-weak degrees and orders of the relationship between reference sequence and comparison sequences better based on non-dimensional values. According to the calculating results, labor cost, depreciation cost and materials cost is main factors. So some appropriate measures have been put forward to control total cost.

Abstract: Grey system theory has been applied widely in the fields of industry and engineering such as property industry. In this paper, we study the influence factors on the housing price of property industry, and present an influence factor analysis method based on the grey correlation analysis. Then this method is used to analyze the multiple influence factors on property industry such as GDP, population, the total amount of real estate investment, commercial housing construction area, completed commercial housing area, commercial housing sales area and urban per capita disposable income, then we conclude that the commercial housing sales area and commercial housing construction area are two main influence factors on housing price.

Abstract: With the rapid development of power industry, the load rate which describes the power characteristics is playing a more and more important role, this paper uses the grey correlation analysis to find the relationship between the load rate and the influence factors based on the historical data of the load rate influence factors and analyzes the weight of each influence factor quantitatively through the grey correlation coefficient so as to reflect the influence degree of different factors on load rate, meanwhile, through the analysis of various influencing factors of load rate, this paper hopes to clarify its effects on the load rate which includes strength, size and the order and help the power grid enterprise choose the key factors influencing the load rate which provide a basis for the future to improve the load rate.

Abstract: Firstly, the evaluation system of the priority sequence of mineral resources development was constructed from five aspects as mineral resources endowment, market conditions, technical conditions, social and economic conditions and environmental protection conditions. Then, the priority sequence model of mineral resources development based on grey correlation analysis was proposed. Further, taken the mineral resources in Hebei province as an example, the empirical analysis of the above model was made. Results show that the suitability of the province's mineral development from big to small is, in order, molybdenum ore, cement-used limestone, iron ore, gold ore, silver ore, coal, and etc. The algorithm is not only simple and intuitive, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of the prioritize division of mineral resource development.

Abstract: According to the supply network collaboration and its influence on the whole performance of supply network, the index system for collaboration client evaluation is set up. In this system, the weight of each index is determined by its importance in supply network of manufacturing cluster. In addition, the related evaluation decision-making model is established based on the grey characteristic of information and the empirical analysis is performed finally.

Abstract: According to the data on total output value and load amount of coal per day of Shanxi province, this paper uses grey correlation analysis model to calculate the correlation degree of the development of coal logistics and economic growth of Shanxi province. The results show that the development of coal logistics and economic growth of Shanxi province have a positive correlation relationship and the coal logistics industry will promote the economic development of Shanxi province.Based on the results, the paper makes three suggestions.First, government should provide some preferential policies for coal logistics industry.Second, the modern coal logistics system should be established.Third, the economic development model of Shanxi province should be upgraded.

Abstract: In order to determine the main related factors affecting the wharf safety, this paper presents a model using the grey correlation analysis process to give a quantitative analysis about accidents in petrochemical wharf. Based on the statistics of wharf accidents in a petrochemical wharf of Tianjin Port from 2008 to 2012, the study analyzes four main accidents and related causes that take place in a petrochemical wharf. The grey correlation degree of the factors are calculated and analyzed including human factor, no emergency measures, equipment damage, poor management, environmental factor in petrochemical wharf, respectively. The result shows that the main causes of accidents are operation against rules and poor management in petrochemical wharf, and operation against rules is the most important factor. The application of grey correlation analysis gives a quantitative analysis to the degree affected by different factors so that wharf accidents can be avoided by taking effective measures.
