Abstract: The engineering practice shows that the application of grouting technology to treat underground engineering has strong applicability and is one of the most commonly used technical means at present. Based on the underground engineering, this paper introduces the research achievements of grouting materials in recent years, including cement-based grouting materials, mixed grouting materials, anti-scouring grouting materials, and ultra-fine cement grouting materials. Current demand of grouting materials in underground engineering, there exists large dosage of cement, high content, high cost, serious environmental pollution problems, such as looking for alternatives or mixed with other raw materials for preparation of cementation material become the development trend, compared with the cement grouting material, chemical grouting material with higher performance, but in smaller projects within the scope of application. How to reduce the production cost of chemical grouting materials, simplify the production process, overcome the existing toxicity, reduce environmental pollution and improve the durability of solidified body has become the bottleneck of its popularization and application. Some achievements have been made in the modification of cement or chemical materials by nanometer components, but there is still a long way to go before the large-scale application of grouting engineering.

Abstract: Filling grouting is effective to control the overlying strata movement and surface subsidence in mining and tunnel engineering.Grouting material is used in grouting reinforcement projects. In this experiment,based on the mechanical properties of grouting materials, Expert Design and response surface methodology (RSM) is used to optimize the mix proportion of grout materials. The sand-fly ash ratio ,water reducing agent addition are researched as variables, and the 3D response surface is established between the factors and the performance indicators. Microstructure explains the mechanism of factors affecting performance indicators.The results show the relationship between factors and performance can be well fitted by RSM.The order of significance on compressive strength and solidification ratio is sand-fly ash ratio>water reducing agent addition and the order of significant on viscosity is water reducing agent addition>sand-fly ash ratio.Response surface methodology accurately describes the functional relationship between the target value and the design variables.Microstructure shows hydration reaction and the secondary hydration reaction of fly ash will be carried out after cement-fly ash mixed, and the addition of fly ash is especially important for grout material properties.

Abstract: Among all kinds of environmental geological factors, the water permeability has the most significant influence on grottoes. The main reason for the destruction of caves is the recurrence and persistence of water seepage. Longmen grottoes mainly used epoxy resin and superfine cement grouting materials in the early seepage prevention. Superfine cement has the problem of efflorescence. The epoxy resin material has a large shrinkability and poor durability. Laboratory tests of the impervious materials were carried out. The results shown that the modified epoxy resin, compared with the waterborne epoxy resin, demonstrated higher strength, lower shrinkage and less volatile. Among all the laboratory test schemes, two samples of the modified epoxy resin which were added several adjuvants had the lower shrinkage and volatile, the higher strength and the stronger acid and alkali resistance, which possessed favourable comprehensive performance and were proved to be the best impervious materials in this study.

Abstract: This research was based on indoor experiment to find out the performance of polymer modified cement matrix injecting paste material mixed with polyvinyl alcohol fiber. Results showed that polyvinyl alcohol fiber had a positive effect on the performance of polymer modified cement injecting paste material where the flexural and compressive strength of the injecting paste material were both increased evidently with a 6mm fiber while the fluidity of it changed little, and meanwhile the flexural and compressive strength of the injecting paste material could be largely increased with a 1.0% content of fiber.

Abstract: Water-irruption is the second to gas explosion of major security problems in coal mine. The grouting material is composed of fly ash and montmorillonite separately according to a certain proportion with pure cement material. On the site grouting test and compare the compressive strength of the stones of the body and the size of the diffusion radius, and compare the grouting materials with pure cement materials. Through the comparative and analysis, the reasonable grouting materials are choosen.

Abstract: In this paper, three methods are adopted to excite the activation of gangue: low temperature calcination, milling, and chemistry compound. Using orthogonal design experimental method makes sure the optimum formulation of gangue-lime-sulfate basic system. The study of cement-gangue grouting material shows that mechanical properties and working performance are significantly improved. Significance of widespread use in the future is positive.

Abstract: Mine water-irruption is the second to gas explosion of major security problems. In order to ensure coal safty, the coal bed needs to be solidified. This paper design a new kind of grouting material, which is composed of coal fly ash and montmorillonite, these two grouting materials separately according to a certain proportion with pure cement material on the site grouting test and compare the compressive strength of the stones of the body and the size of the diffusion radius, and compare the grouting materials with pure cement materials. The experiment shows that the new grouting material has good property and the economic significance.

Abstract: This paper made the same size of reinforced grouting material vertical bending cantilever beam and reinforced concrete ones, respectively for the same static and dynamic load test, the static load for drab one-time loading level, dynamic load as low reversed cyclic loading, observe their cracking and deformation condition, draw the response relationship between the load and displacement hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, Test and data results show that the stress and deformation of the reinforced grouting material member is close to or even better a reinforced concrete member, so it is reliable to replace concrete with grouting material.

Abstract: The gradation of coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand on fluidity initial, final setting time, flexural strength, compressive strength, and other properties and structure, of ultra early strength grouting material, was explored. The quartz sand gradation of cement sand ratio 1.0 was systematically studied. The results showed that, the coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand mixed according to the reasonable distribution, when glue sand ratio was 1.0-1.5, ultra-early-strength grouting material, with final setting time for 50-60(min), the initial fluidity greater than 320(mm), 0.5h fluidity greater than 280(mm), 2h compressive strength of 35.6(MPa), 1d flexural strength greater than 13(MPa), 28d compressive strength over 93(MPa), achieved the free vibration.

Abstract: To explore retarders on performance of ultra-early strength grouting material, Retarder, which are commonly used in the market after a preliminary screening, are further tested and analyzed for initial fluidity, setting time and mechanical strength properties of super early strength grouting material. The results show that: When borax content is 0.4%, the initial fluidity, final setting time, workability, mechanical strength are the best.
