Abstract: The urban land use and cover change (LUCC) through the biogeochemical cycle process affecting the city ecological environment, urban district LUCC is the key areas of LUCC research. Guiyang city is the typical karst plateau city of China and even the world, Karst natural background has vulnerability. So under the GIS support ,this article analysis land use/cover change dynamic of the Guiyang city from1990 to 2010, the results show that: (1) Guiyang city construction land area increased by 3.56 times in a short span of 20 years from 57km2 in 1990 to 204 km2 in 2010, urban area times; (2) A large number of woodlands occupied by city urban construction, nearly 20 years takes up the forest land area of 75.8 km2, accounting for 51.56% of the nearly 20 years of new urban construction area;

Abstract: By collecting dust samples from seven different functional areas of Guiyang city, we studied the distribution pattern of the level of Zn in dusts with particle size fractions. The result showed the geometric means of Zn concentration in dusts of Guiyang was 435mg/kg. The Zn in most functional areas was primarily associated with middle particles, while the Zn in industrial area and garbage stations were primarily associated with fine particles.

Abstract: The affiliated hospital of Guiyang Medical University was the first organization using the application of sewage heat pump system to cool and heat. After its emergency building took the new sewage heat pump to replace the original geothermal heat pump, there was obvious effect on the energy saving. Compared with the previous year in which the sewage heat pump was not improved, the new sewage heat pump not only reduced the cooling and heating energy consumption costs, but also substantially reduced emissions of air pollutants. The new sewage heat pump played a very good example in the application of clean energy, and it is of great significance on the recycling economy and environmental protection.

Abstract: Reclamation and application of sewage heat energy is a good choice for sustainable development and an effective mean of energy-saving and output-reducing. By analyzing the capacity, temperature and quality of sewage of Guiyang, we obtained the basic conditions for the application of sewage heat energy in Guiyang. The results showed that the sewage of Guiyang was resourceful, and have occurrence of large amount of cold (hot) energy. There was an obvious temperature difference between sewage temperature and atmosphere temperature. Sewage was lightly corrosive. The application conditions of sewage heat energy were suitable. Sewage heat is a clean energy which is easy to recycle. Three factors, including capacity, temperature and quality of sewage, are considered if sewage heat energy was applied. 3 factors of 10 sewage treatment plants and their subsidiary pipe network in Guiyang were monitored and analyzed to verify the application conditions of sewage heat energy in Guiyang. From the perspective of energy-saving and output-reducing, an effective way is explored to develop new energy sources in Guiyang[1,2].
