Abstract: Through the analysis of molding process of large-scale plastic hollow containers, this paper carries on the simulation and optimization of hydraulic system, which focuses on the high energy consumption problem of large-scale blow molding machine. According to the characteristics of long work period and great fluctuation of flow demand, the paper designs the oil supplying system that can match the actuators’ hydraulic energy demand, introduces the working process of each component in the system, and analyzes the key technology of hydraulic system as well. The design and research avoids the shortcomings such as more components, complex debugging, discontinuous control and unstable operation, substantially reduces the installed capacity of variable pump and driving motor, and in the meantime, solves the impact problem of actuators effectively, which can make hydraulic system high efficiency, energy saving and run steadily.

Abstract: Capacitance induction makes touch technology become more intuitive, can detect multiple fingers and at the same time to recognize gestures. This paper will introduce basic principle of capacitance induction and capacitance sensing technology in automotive applications. In this article introduces the structure of multi-touch screen and internal operations will be discussed after multi-touch induction to the change of human-machine interface (HMI).

Abstract: The traditional HMI ( human-machine interface ) of automatic safety device is lack of beauty and friendship. With the development of smart grid, there are more and more high requirements of the HMI. The automatic safety device was divided into the HMI module and the device main body. An industrial touch screen which supports for Modbus protocol, was selected as the HMI module of the automatic safety device. The HMI data was extracted into the standard data of Modbus protocol, and mapped to the unified address space of Modbus protocol. Modbus RTU mode was used to achieve the data communication between the HMI module and the device main body. This method not only makes the display content richer, interface more user-friendly, but also makes the product development cycle shorter and the product more scalable.

Abstract: This work aims to study the effects of reducing the level of template HMI (100, 75, 50, 25 and 0% HMI) and time (10, 9 and 8 days) of static synthesis in the structure of MCM-22 zeolite. The synthesis of the MCM-22 (P) precursors was carried out by using hexamethyleneimine (HMI) as organic template under static conditions. The MCM-22 zeolites (100, 75 e 50% HMI) was obtained by the calcination of precursors MCM-22 (P) in a muffle to remove the occluded organic of precursors. These materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), spectroscopy of X-ray for energy dispersive (EDX), adsorption isotherms of N2 (BET method), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The XRD's and EDX's of all samples have confirmed the static synthesis of MCM-22, whose precursor and zeolite materials showed all the characteristic peaks of the topology MWW. The Adsorption isotherms of N2 are of type I, represented by microporous materials, whose hysteresis (type H3) are representative of solids with pores of different geometries. The FTIR's shown that the precursors showed the characteristic bands of a laminated material. From the SEM's, it was found the samples calcined MCM-22 are constituted by strip-shaped crystals agglomerated with a depression in the central region. In the sample MCM-22 (P) 75% HMI (8 days), showed no crystals uniform due to the presence of unreacted material in relation to crystalline phases.

Abstract: Plate mills hydraulic system is made up of several hydraulic stations, lubrication stations and grease stations, these hydraulic stations and lubrication stations are distributed around the mills. Each hydraulic station possesses qualities of successive long working time, high reliability and signal complexity, and it can satisfy diverse demands of high grade pressure or temperature control, etc. This paper is based on these demands, assembling control missions of hydraulic and lubricating stations. Several PLC S7-300 were chosen to match the need of controlling mills hydraulic and lubricating system for a certain plate factory, and the HMI monitoring system for mill hydraulic and lubricating stations was developed by WINCC, which achieved central control and monitoring the hydraulic and lubricating system of plate mills.

Abstract: In order to save manpower, improve the quality of productions and the efficiency of productions, the double-stuffed bag machine is developed. After a lot of experiments and analysis, the way of double-stuffed is put forward and the Omron PLC is adopted as the main controller, and Omron HMI is adopt as the display device. According to the requirements of technology the number of PLC is chose, its extension is chose, the software about the control system is wrote. The efficiency of the double-stuffed bag machine reach 25 bags/minute. The efficiency of the device is greatly improved and can reach the domestic advanced level. The design scheme of double-stuffed bag improves the speed of the Cypriot bags, ensures the quality of the product, reduces the difficulty of the operation, and that has a good market prospect.

Abstract: This paper proposed, with the constant speed and variable pitch wind turbine as the research object, and E-Wind Turbine software as simulation platform, S7-1200 PLC as the master controller, the system control module were optimized for selection and configuration,thereby improving system performance and reducing design costs. Finally, in the STEP7 Basic V11 the modules which had been a good selection and configuration were connected, then to complete the configuration of communication, to verify the feasibility of communication and the effectiveness of the system optimize configuration when the wind turbine implemented the simulation in the E-WT platform.

Abstract: In the process of mechanical automation, due to the development of drive equipment in diversification, miniaturization, digitalization, intellectualization and the development of sensor in miniaturization, digitalization, visualization, on the one hand, automation mechanical structure become simple, on the other hand, with the increase of the dependence on control equipment for automation machinery, an automated machinery needs many kinds of control mode and means to complete the production. With the improvement of mechanical motion complexity, there will appear accumulation phenomenon of control equipment, in addition, in order to complete the data transfer between all kinds of control equipments, each control equipment need to build all kinds of communication protocol and special cables to connect. In order to solve the "accumulation" phenomenon, control equipment manufacturers competing to launch the new scheme. In this paper, a control project based on the control products of Mitsubishi electric company was proposed, which illustrates the change of the control way of mechanical automation. Once you master the control platform of these companies, will be able to build or integrate corresponding control system.

Abstract: Using configuration software MCGS7.2 to achieve biochar production device monitoring, real-time data display, historical data query and store data dump. The interface of human machine interface is used to choose the monitoring function, it makes the operation of the monitoring system be more centralized. There are many features, such as stable performance, low cost and simple operation in system, which can bring great convenience to biochar production device monitoring.
