Abstract: Electromagnetic actors (solenoids) are used in automotive and automation technology as valve actors for pneumatics and hydraulics or as actuating and pressure solenoids. During assembly there are often press-in and caulking processes used. A central quality aspect of the final control elements is the adherence to defined actuating force ranges in order to ensure the switching process and at the same time to keep wear within limits. These defined force ranges can currently only be maintained by additional heat treatment of the parts. The hysteresis of the assembled unit can be influenced by the caulking. The objective of this paper is to propose the potential reduction of annealing processes by revealing the interdependencies between the magnetic interactions of the individual components and the assembly process parameters. In addition, errors in the caulking process are detected and prevented at an early stage. A magnetic characterization of the soft magnetic components and assemblies before and during their assembly is proposed. Furthermore, the integration of the measurement data into a process control system is intended. The precondition is the development and construction of measuring equipment and systems that can be used to assess the magnetic properties at an early stage of assembly. The assembly can then be adjusted in order to compensate batch fluctuations. As a consequence new materials can be used to eliminate complex annealing processes prior to assembly.

Abstract: Operation of the corresponding large machine is not allowed during the regular NDT period. Therefore, reducing the test period and extending the test frequency, i.e., lowering the machine stoppage time due to an inspection is a very important technique for efficient energy usage. For this reason, IT-based real-time non-destructive testing (IT-NDT) technology has been being developed. This presentation reports on a magnetic camera, which is one IT-NDT technology, including the up-to-date experiences.

Abstract: Introduces a STC89C51 microcontroller core with the speed of measurement and control system, the system can control the motor starts and stops, either manually or automatically adjust the duty cycle to control the motor speed is set by the Hall sensor data, for motor speed is measured to calculate and display the current motor speed in real time on the LCD. The system is made in the actual measurement with good results, as the research engine performance provides an important reference, so that the entire digital measurement speed system can be widely used, there is a strong practicality.

Abstract: The Arresting wires are the key assembly of aircraft landing system on the carrier, the most of all the current detection systems have not the ability of ration detection, and the precision of the system are low. For these deficiency, an on-line detection system for arresting wires was designed, the on-line automatic monitor algorithm, local fault (LF) algorithm were studied. The system detecting destructive by the on-scene detection mode, fast transferring the detection data to the distant PC by industry Ethernet, analyzing and processing the data by software in PC; the experiment shows that the system designed having the ability to ration assessment of LF, detection speed being fast, detection precision being high, and compliance to operational condition.

Abstract: This paper describes the working principle of hall sensor and its application in DC stepper motor. It designs a speed detection system for DC stepper motor based on P89V51 Single Chip Microcontroller (SCM), i.e. hardware circuit diagram and software flow chart. It utilizes Hall elements to complete the conversion from speed to pulse and then process the pulse signal to get the quantity of pulse during unit interval. By means of comparison of test and theoretical data, it indicates that the speed measurement system is satisfactory for application in reality.

Abstract: The System is at the core of TMS320F2812DSP from TI company to design the control system for BLDC motor, the control segment of it take advantage of the event manager EVA of the DSP to compare and produce six ways signal control.And utilize the capture module to acquire the state situation of the rotor-position sensor.Acording to the condition of hall sensor to control motor commutation.And solve the PWM signal system in the generation and motor speed feedback.It's easy to realize the motor closed-loop control, greatly simplify the system hardware design, improves the reliability of the system, reduces the volume of the system. Through the experiments,we gain the PWM waveform, and finally realize the purpose of reverse control .

Abstract: t proposes a tachometer program that consists of AT89S52 microcontroller and Hall sensor. The tachometer is based on acquisition of pulse signal issued by Hall sensor and microcontroller count. Then, after the data calculation, analysis, and treatment by internal program, real-time speed can be displayed through LED. The tachometer has advantages, such as simple hardware structure, high measurement speed, high precision, and simple operation.

Abstract: Based on the data display of instrument for the current electric vehicle is imperfect, this paper puts forward designing a generic electronic instrument of electric vehicle with speed, mileage and power data display function. The microcontroller of AT89C52 is the core of system design. The design uses Hall sensor as a speed detection sensor to realize the mileage/speed measurement display of electric vehicle. It uses the 24C02 saving the mileage information in case of power-down system, uses LED module in real-time displaying the speed, mileage and power, and provides the alarm function of hypervelocity. The design of the system is in real time, running well in the test, may be promoted to the electric vehicles research and development industry.

Abstract: Based on permanent magnet (PM), lots of redundant position information can be achieved only by using few sensors. The redundant information is used for not only decoupling multi-dimensional displacement, but also reducing the measurement uncertainty. However, it is difficult to decouple the magnetic intensity and multi-dimensional displacement. On this point, this paper builds the measurement system consisting of hall sensors and a cylindrical PM. Secondly, the mathematical model of magnetic intensity and displacement is established with the help of finite element simulation. Thirdly, three-dimensional measurement algorithm is proposed based on the method of symmetry and linearization. The experiment results demonstrate the measurement system has satisfactory performance. In addition, without complex calculation, the system has the advantage of fast measurement.
