Abstract: This paper deals with the system of roughness measurement, especially with the problem of data filtering and processing the results. Theoretical part describes shortly terms roughness, waviness and shape as surface integrity parameters. During phase of measuring we obtain all these three constituents in common. The most important task of post processing is separation of them. That is possible due to roughness HW and SW filters. Other parts of this paper contain SW data filtering description and philosophy of HW filtering. Last part of this article describes SW filters with basic mathematical apparatus, areas of usage and limitations.

Abstract: This template This paper presents a system that provides the most reliable GPS tracking solution for electric powered transportation systems to move people around the sustainable city which can promise of an unmatched quality for giving most accurate location with up-to-date information such as Location, vehicle status, fuel consumption, temperature monitoring, seatbelt status and control to manage your assets. For the system we proposed to use GPS module (u-blox all-in-one GPS receiver for high sensitivity (-162 dBm), fastest connectivity). The hardware shall have a built-in 3-axis accelerometer for motion detection and power saving. Software is modern, sophisticated, full featured, multi-user and error-free software. It is designed for PDAs and smart-phones; hence no downloading of apps or programs is necessary.

Abstract: The magneto-rheological (MR) vibration reduction control technology is studied and a design and implementation of an automobile MR vibration reduction control system based on ARM9 is given in this paper. This paper introduces the system design process of embedded controller, current driver and other hardware, system software structure. Design of real time control system can realize the multi-channel vibration signal acquisition, control algorithm, CAN communications and other functions. The simulation and experiment show that, the control system software and hardware design can meet the functional requirements and have the advantages of fast response, high control precision and working stability.

Abstract: In this paper, a new design strategy for the hardware implementation of hearing aid algorithms is proposed. Two familiar hearing aid algorithms—Wide Dynamic Range Compression (WDRC) and Automatic Gain Control (AGC)—are implemented in one circuit as an example. By putting the common arithmetic procedures into common module, the operation units can be used repeatedly. In this way, the area and power consumption are visibly reduced.

Abstract: This paper aims to design and develop a control system for the biped robot. The Peripheral Interface Controller (PIC) main controller board is designed to control the servo motor controller board which assures the biped robot to maintain its stability. This robot consists of PIC microcontroller, servo controller, servo motor, and sensors. The bracket parts are fabricated to mount the servo motors by constructing the biped structure. The PIC microcontroller provides interface among the sensors input, servo motor controller, and servo motor. The biped robot is able to walk in a stable motion under a flat plane. The sensors feedbacks enable the controller to adjust the stability of biped robot. The biped robot is able to perform walking steps and crouching action through the configuration of trajectory angle values of the servo motors.

Abstract: As the living standards of people improve continually, commercial behavior is becoming more and more modernized, people also put forward new requirements for the speed and accuracy of goods measurement. This paper designs a weighing system of digital electronic scale which is similar to the MCU simulation, and gives the design diagram, hardware composition and software system. This system takes the 51 single chip microcomputer as the core, the main components are the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, cantilever type resistance strain sensor, the four digital tube display. This design uses the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, which has high resolution, simple peripheral interface, and occupies less I/O port, etc.

Abstract: The simulator of power part of electric drive for research purposes of electric drives is under consideration in the paper. It is based on the software and hardware of National Instruments Company and includes mathematical model of converter, motor and load. The simulator is designed to setting up the electric drive and to explore the modes of its operation.

In this paper, the author analyzes the corresponding concept of underground mine communication practices and wireless sensors, focuses to discuss the application of wireless sensors in underground mine communication operations and analyzes the design of underground mine wireless sensing system, whose purpose is to provide reference for the application of wireless sensors in underground mine communication operations.

Abstract: A system based on STM32F103 chip is designed to simulate the hybrid wind and PV wind power generation control process. The simulation system consists an electric motor with stepless rotational speed regulating feature to simulate wind turbine power generation, a light intensity sensor to simulate PV power generation with its measure results, the electrical source of chip microcomputer to simulate the current output from storage batteries, and two electric motors with different power to simulate the direct-current loads. The control strategy and the corresponding programs are developed based on certain hardware composition and the control system is implemented and operates well.

Abstract: In order to achieve 600 meters radio frequency communication and 2-10 meters serial cable communication between remote controller and parking heater, the paper designed the hardware of remote controller and vehicle receivers. Select CC1100 as radio frequency chip, select PIC16F914, ATmega16L as remote control and receiver SPI control chip, select CE8301, LM117 as remote control and receiver power supply module. Finally, the circuit diagram of the receiver and remoter are designed.
