Abstract: The topic of the contribution can be included in computer modeling of the thermal behavior of radiators for heating of buildings. Control of heaters leads to dynamic phenomena affecting the final thermal state of the heated room and heating energy consumption. The paper focuses on modeling of radiator quantitative control method using thermostatic valve. The objective of the paper is to show a quality of controlling and to compare an energy consumption when various thermostatic radiator valves time delay are set. The models of control, radiator, and a room are implemented in software TRNSYS. The results show significant differences in energy consumption.

Abstract: This article is about electrochemical analysis system of passive films corrosion properties of the thermal power equipment heating surfaces. It was found that forecasting the low carbon steel corrosion rate in thermal power systems is possible based on the multiple regression equations, which includes the amount of silicon oxide and iron hydroxide phases in the films, the fraction of free area and the active component of impedance of the films in the alkaline electrolyte and mercury. Construction of the regression equation should be carried out with the preliminary classification of data on the quantities of the active component of the film impedance of mercury and an alkaline electrolyte.

Abstract: Each machine and energetic equipment needs maintenance or cleaning time. Energetic equipment needs more regular cleaning so it works well and reliably, and the heat transfer is permanent and there is no energy loss. The inner surface of heating systems are successively covering during their operation, due to the chemical and physico-chemical reactions, solid, some dirt, minerals and corrosion products. It is therefore advisable to regularly clean and service these devices. The article deals with the distribution of exchangers, formation of sediments and corrosion products associated with their operation. In addition, the article describes the types of internal surface cleaning methods. The whole article ends with a chemical cleaning experiment, where the heat exchanger clogged with mineral deposits was cleaned. The defectoscopic images show how the chemical can remove all deposits and restore the exchanger flow to its original state.

Abstract: Microcontroller Arduino Mega and ATmega is a computer chip that needed and developed to control system or process. Microcontroller Arduino Mega and ATmega can be used to temperature control systems [1][2][3], the room lighting control, security control, the hazard warning [4], scheduling, monitoring water flow and dams actuator door and etc. Most studies on the microcontroller is focused on the functional capability of a microcontroller to read or measure the object. In addition to aspects of good function, microcontroller must have a high sensitivity in order to avoid delay or in-accuracies in the sensor reading measured object such as temperature. Microcontrollers has some advantages and disadvantages of the process accuracy depends on the processor and the ability microcontroller. In this paper focuses on the measurement errors that occur on microcontroller Arduino Mega and ATmega 8535 with a temperature sensor LM 35 and hygrometer digitizes dt05 for the application process cooling and heating sea water controls. The volume of sea water is measured is 3 to 35 litters with a temperature set point 28°C of lower temperatures above 25°C and 31°C. The results show that the maximum error obtained by using microcontroller Arduino Mega is 1,32°C or 13,2 mV and ATmega 8535 is 0,2°C or 2 mV. Also the microcontroller Arduino Mega is more suitable for control temperature measurement in the process of heating and cooling sea water.

Abstract: The automatic heating control systems seem to be the nonlinear systems with thermal inertias and time delay. The controller is also nonlinear because its information and power signals are limited. Application of methods, which are available for nonlinear systems together with computer simulation and mathematical modeling, create possibility to reach serious information about researched system. The paper contains the heating system model with the cascade control, simulation model of this system and some simulation results created in Matlab/Simulink environment.

Abstract: Biological treatment process of water purification often cannot be completed under low temperature in northern rural areas. On the basis of determining the thermal characteristics of clarification pool and biofilter pool of the purification systematically, we designed and proposed a purification heating system in which solar collector and straw boiler run in parallel, and further built the mathematical model of purification. We simulated heating effect on clarification pool and biofilter pool when heating pipes were placed in different locations by using Fluent. It indicated that, the heating system mentioned in this article allows the temperature in clarification pool and biofilter pool of the purification meeting the demands of water treatment, thus the system has theoretical significance and value of engineering generalization.

Abstract: For the current general heating control system tracks the set temperature hysteresis heating device to automatically adjust the real-time problem of poor design a fuzzy self-tuning proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller parameters. Scoop out using PID control and fuzzy control algorithm combined method; fuzzy PID control parameters are adjusted. Use Matlab to model in simulink, the aryl the controller simulation analysis. The results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller overshoot σ≈l%, steady-state error Island es=0. This method can improve the performance of the temperature control system..

Abstract: This paper systematically presents a thorough analysis on the construction of the heating monitoring system in Nanjing General Hospital, China. The monitoring method and strategy of were discussed in detail. Besides, the optimization design of the simple closed loop control system was conducted. Finally, an optimal operation analysis system consisting of the heating host machine, costumer thermal monitoring system, and outside environment monitoring system for the heating room was established. As a result, the heating quality, the heating efficiency, and the relationship with costumer were greatly improved.
