Abstract: During the research of cosmic rays in high energy physics, the data produced by real-time observation and simulation experiments is increased all the time. Besides, various physics detector must have description to explain their characteristics. These data become great pressure for the research center. Once LHAASO project officially begins, the data it produced will be approximately several PB. How to store and get data with high rate, along with manage files efficiently, is an important issue.The topic is designing a data management system of LHAASO project. The design will be reference for the engineering of BOOKKEEPING in order to render excellent services for LHAASO project. Its key points are designing friendly and succinct page, using Hadoop platform to distributed store and manage data files, recommending data warehouse principle to associate data source, and uniting Kettle to transform different data files.

Abstract: How to coordinate heterogeneous database to realize sharing and consistency of information not only is an important research subject in the database filed, but also is an emerging research hot spot in the field of database system. As a new development direction of computer software, it applies some new techniques to integrate the existing systems to develop new applications. The paper analyzes CSCW, XML, JDBC and heterogeneous database, and proposes a solution of heterogeneous database. The solution absorbs the thoughts of database meta data, middle ware and LDAP directory service.

Abstract: For many government departments or enterprises to use new system upgrades, data transfer between heterogeneous database problem, this paper puts forward a kind of heterogeneous database based on XML and middleware model of data migration.The model by using XML technology to build a middleware, through the ODBC interface connected to the source database and target database.After extracting data from the source database into a unified XML documents, again according to the mapping relationship between old and new database and XSL document, and converts it to meet the needs of the target XML document, the target database and load the data to the target database.The model including data extraction, transformation, validation, write, and other functions, is a cross-platform, easy extensibility and reusability.

Abstract: Face the reality application in the "information island" problem, based on the analysis of the data exchange between heterogeneous database conflict, on the basis of this paper proposes a data exchange model in XML as middle format. Make full use of the XML is easy to extend, good interactivity and semantic is strong, can be formatted, easy processing, has nothing to do with the platform, and other features and advantages, and USES the c # language and XML and related technologies of the model carried on the detailed design and implementation of the main modules, and each function module in the model are relatively independent and extensible, strong commonality.

Abstract: With the establishment of more and more management information systems in the enterprises, many heterogeneous databases have been produced, resulting in the phenomenon of the information island. This paper puts forward a method based on ontology to integrate the heterogeneous databases and presents the framework of the integration method. In this framework A method based on relational database is presented to build the mixed ontology structure Common VocabularyLocal Ontology. The mixed ontology structure is used to establish the semantic web for enterprises. This novel approach exploits the multithreading combined with semantic web to implement parallel retrieval on an integrated platform. The application that this prototype system of the integration method has been implemented in a research institute verifies the method could effectively analyze the user's intention, thereby improving the reuse of knowledge.

Abstract: The database application system (DBAS) is widely used in diverse domains, and plays an extremely important role. However, the growth of organizations invariably leads to creation of multiple heterogeneous DBAS. How to effectively integrate these heterogeneous systems has become a hot spot of integration field. The existing integrated methods are mainly aimed at the layer of database system. For the shortages of those methods, this paper mainly focus on the integration method at the layer of application. This paper analyses DBAS from a new perspective, in which an access control layer is separated from the application layer. A new method called as "invasion" access control is put forward, and a simplified integration method (SIM) of heterogeneous DBAS is put forward based on the access control method. The SIM method provides a fast integration solution of high utilization and simple for heterogeneous DBAS. Finally, an example shows how to apply the SIM method to achieve the integration of heterogeneous DBAS.

Abstract: The thesis researches and analyzes the ways of information query from the model of SaaS (Software-as-a-service) in cloud computing frame to establish a common data model by using XML. It puts forward a frame of integrated query of multi-resources information by the way of SaaS application by connecting the query of heterogeneous data in the way of the middleware and combining the method of interface software with the method of gathering database metadata during cross search. Abstract: Medical digital image information storage standard and existing heterogeneous database technology were analyzed with view to the particularity of the standard for medical images; data in medical images were organized according to data organizational hierarchy in the DICOM standard and sophisticated relational databases were utilized to store medical images. Using XML as a middleware to connect medical image database to HIS and then through relational databases and XML transformation rules to complete the conversion of the two databases into XML document. The study indicated that the method is able to achieve the purpose of the connection of heterogeneous databases.
