Abstract: Aiming at the reliability of thin-film thermocouples applied to turbine blades at high temperatures, combined with high-temperature tests and finite element analysis, this paper studies its failure mechanism and thermal stress under thermal load. Multi-layer thin-film thermocouple samples were prepared on ceramic substrate, and high-temperature tests were carried out under different temperature loads, and the phenomenon of film shedding and cracking was observed using electron microscope. This paper analyzes the failure mechanism of the film sensor based on the function and structure, and uses ANSYS to analyze the thermal stress distribution of the film under high temperature load. Combining several existing theoretical models, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the thermal stress of the film and conducts simulation verification.

Abstract: In2O3/ITO multilayer thin film thermocouple is a new type of semiconductor thin-film thermocouple, which has broad application prospects. The interface diffusion between the layers is the main cause of its thermal oxidation failure. In this paper, an interface diffusion model of multilayer films is established based on Fick's second law. A sample of In2O3/ITO thin-film thermocouple was prepared, then designed and conducted high temperature test. According to the test results, the diffusion of substances between the film layers was analyzed. Based on the established interface diffusion model, a simulation calculation is carried out. The influence of interface diffusion on the life of In2O3 and ITO sensitive layer was quantitatively analyzed.

Abstract: According to the engineering requirements of multiple sets of Flight control unit in high and low temperature test, a new test system based on CPCI bus with a signal switching and distribution unit is designed to increase test efficiency. This test system can switch serial test under programming control for multiple sets of flight control unit in a certain temperature gradient, saving the time of temperature change and staying warm, eliminating a lot of tedious manual operations. Theoretical analysis and engineering practice has proved that this test system significantly reduces the testing time in high and low temperature test up to thirty hours (five sets of DUT), namely that relative time efficiency is up to 75.4% (five sets of DUT). It also has some other advantages such as saving hardware resources and flexible use.

Abstract: The mechanical property of the concrete under high temperature will go through great changes with much greater deformation. The uneven temperature distribution causes equilibrium temperature stress of the cross section and deformation of components, thus damaging the structure system of the concrete. This paper conducts a high-temperature test on the C25 concrete specimen with fire retardant coating, compares the test result with the test on the C25 concrete specimen without fire retardant coating, and analyzes the protective role of the surface fire retardant coating in the concrete structure buildings in case of fire.

Experimental results showed that interface electric transfer process was the control step of whole electrochemistry process; and selective corrosion of Alloy 600 would not happen in high temperature process
