Abstract: Based on graphic program language LabVIEW and Micro Control Unit MSP430F169, an intelligent electrical resistivity measurement system with four-point probe and four-line was studied in this paper. Structured Query Language of LabVIEW was applied for calibration and management in database. Hardware feedback and software compensation technologies were designed in high-precision current source, whose range was automatic selected in auto-mode. Between the computer program and hardware control unit controlled by MCU, a RS-232 data communication protocol was applied in order to improve the ability of human-machine interaction and automation degree. Experiment results in semiconductor and metal material science indicated that the measurement system measured accurately and automotive, the information database of the tested material was the foundation of data analyzing and data mining.

Abstract: Through early interviews 22 common traffic scenes were found and leveled by questionnaires. Six scenes of low-risk, medium risk and high risk were selected and implemented in the simulation software using the software of Creator, Vega, C++, etc. Simulation experiments were conducted to analyze the novice drivers fixation features under different levels of risk based on the designed real car simulation platform. The results showed that both novice and experienced drivers saccade times are more than 3 times greater than the fixation times, suggesting that drivers visual search are found mainly in saccadic movement other than watch movement. In potentially dangerous environment, experience drivers always reduce fixation time and increase saccade time to make early warnings of danger that may arise, while novice drivers saccade time and fixation time are relatively stable. Novice drivers concern more about the dashboard regardless of the level of risk in any scenarios comparatively. In the three levels of risk conditions, novice drivers watching areas are more concentrate, namely, their fixation area mostly focus on some certain areas while ignoring other areas, such as rearview mirror and traffic signals.

Abstract: Driver visual characteristics are of great importance for studying driver behavior and traffic safety. To investigate the difference of visual characteristics between skilled and fresh drivers, FaceLAB was used to collect visual data. Four drivers including male and female, skilled and fresh one were selected as the subjects. A suburbs road was chosen as the test road section and each driver drove several times on it. Based on the FaceLAB working mechanism and human eye diopter, correlation between head rotation and eye fixation point were derived and some important conclusions were drawn. For skilled drivers, they are relax at capturing traffic environment information and could obtain much more critical information in a rather large range while keeps the head constant. However, for the fresh drivers, they are much more carefully at getting visual information and the information capture process takes up much more time. Therefore, they could only get little information while keeps the head constant.

Abstract: Intermittent Pneumatic Compression devices are widely used for various therapies concerning the cardio-circulatory or lymphatic system, and also for performance recovery in sports activity. The development and setup of such devices are mainly based on empirical procedures, while few researches adopt an engineering approach based on mathematical modeling and identification. In this approach, the most critical point is the definition of parameters concerning the human-machine interaction. This paper proposes an original and simple method to identify such parameters, which allows to describe in effective way the main dynamic characteristics, fundamental for a correct design and control of the device.

Abstract: This project designs a novel musculoskeletal force evaluation system, which could generate continuous varying force, acquire wireless signals and measure surface EMG signals simultaneously. Experiments have been developed to validate the functionality and effectiveness of this design. This system could be used to analyze the relationship between surface EMG signal and forearm musculoskeletal force, which will build the theoretical basis for smoother gesture and force detection in humanmachine interaction control.

Abstract: This study describes an exercise training case after stroke that can be remotely controlled by a therapiest, and the pilot clinical test result of rehabilitation platform. We have developed a set of training mission with graual difficulty in the virtual environment game, and the process includes delicate hand action and entire upper limb action, meanwhile, the operation patient and the therapist will stay at different room for the training. In the study, social psychology variable is used to assess the process of human machine interaction, thue result shows that after using this rehabilitation system, the negative feeling is significantly reduced (Confused feeking, t(13)=2.54, p<0.05, anxiety feeling t(13)=2.58, p<0.05, pressure feeling, t(13)=2, p<0.1). The entire satisfaction shows positive relationship with the feeling cooperating with the therapist (r(8)=0.770, p<0.05). Using this rehabilitation system case, it was found that the active emotion before carrying of rehabilitation therapy shows positive relationship with the continuous participation of therapy after rehabilitation therapy process (r(14)=0.699,p<0.05), that is, the research shows that rehabilitation significantly enhance the psychological state of the stroke case.

Abstract: By analyzing the control principle of distributed control systemon thedouble twister, this paper designed the human-machineinteractive system of double twister based on WinCE. After researching embedded WinCEOS and remote control based on Web servers, and designing the application programs for human-machineinteraction onembedded hardware&software platform, the intelligent control and remote control of double twister were realized. The experimental results show that the system can meet the requirement of double twister intelligent controlling, and is representative of a new height of double twister intelligent controlling.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to study cognitive load in the virtual maintenance training. This paper first introduces the concept of virtual maintenance training, looks back the study history of actuality and sketches the current development in the virtual maintenance training. And then, it studies cognitive load in the virtual maintenance training. In this part, this paper talks about the impact of cognitive load on the virtual maintenance training and analyzes the sources of cognitive load and the strategy to reduce cognitive load. At the same time, it points out the measurement methods for the cognitive load in the virtual maintenance training. In the last part, the research foreground for cognitive load in the virtual maintenance training is proposed.

Abstract: The informatization of manufacturing industry brings new requirements to the industrial design of electromechanical products with high degree of automation and high intelligence. One of the central design concerns is to guarantee reliability of the interactions between the operators and the products working in non-transparent conditions, and at the same time to provide pleasant user experience. Starting from the user’s behavior patterns and psychological needs, the paper analyzed human-machine interaction system of electromechanical products and the design principles of its constituent, and the suitability of the interactive environment of electromechanical products was provided.

Abstract: With the extensive use of embedded mobile terminal in everyday life, embedded terminals are getting more and more powerful, but there is no significant improvement in shock proof and use protection. The paper introduces an implementation method of embedded mobile terminal shockproof device based on LPC2478. The device has wifi communication,multi-channel sampling, real-time measurement for temperature, humidity, horizontal and vertical conditions. It measures the device distances with other objects and triaxial acceleration to achieve parametric statistical analysis and diagnostics. Its characteristics of multipoint direction identification shock proof, wireless self-synchronous firmware upgrade and power management based on users’ action mode identification provide good protection for mobile terminal products, achieving the target of shockproof.
