Abstract: The uncertain factors that impact of carbon emissions trading costs are so many, the impact of various factors interact to form a complex system. To improve the accuracy of prediction, it is necessary to deepen the study of these influencing factors. Through investigation identified 21 main factors that affecting the cost of carbon emissions trading, processing and analysis explained by structural model was constructed of carbon emissions trading cost factors and the impact of transport chain hierarchy, based on this model to find the factors that most affect carbon emissions trading costs.

Abstract: Maritime silk road is important to China’s economy and politics, and it is influenced by a number of interrelated factors. It is difficult to determine which factors are more important and should be considered preferentially. This paper introduces Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) to identify and analyze those factors. A hierarchy structure of factors influencing maritime silk road which contains three levels is constructed after identifying and sorting factors. By analyzing the direct, indirect and fundamental influencing factors, the results provide references to develop plans of building maritime silk road.

Abstract: Lean manufacturing is a strategic tool, which is used to cut down waste and to improve the efficiency of an organization and helps the organization to sustain in the competitive environment. Implementation of green systems in organization results in reduce energy consumption, waste generation, and hazardous materials used while also building the companies’ images as socially responsible organizations. Several research efforts discussed in the literature indicate that lean companies show significant environmental improvements by being more resource and energy efficient. Lean and green systems are associated with waste reduction techniques. In foreign, many industries have started implementing these concepts and they are getting good results. In India, companies are facing problems in implementing lean and green concept. This paper investigates critical success factors for lean and green system implementation in Indian medium scale manufacturing industries. The factors are grouped into different levels by Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM)

Abstract: This paper sets the thermal power plant security management system as the research object. First of all, with the application of the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), we establish a multi-level hierarchical structure model on analysis of the influencing factors of thermal power plant security management. Furthermore, based on the structure model, we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine weights of all the influencing factors, in order to identify the main factors. Finally, according to the identified main factors, we provide several suggestions for security management of thermal power plant.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find the key factors influencing the tunnel collapse accident, and explore the causal relationships between the causations of the tunnel collapse accident. Based on document surveys and Delphi Method, a system of the causation indicators of the collapse accident is established. In order to make sure that the hierarchy structure of the causation index system of the tunnel collapse accident is illustrative and reasonable, a new method of system structure analysis is proposed based on the integration of Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and Interpretive structure model (ISM). Applying this method, the center degree and the reasoning degree of the causation are obtained firstly, and then the system hierarchy structure of the causation index system of the tunnel collapse accident is actualized. The results showed that the main causes of the tunnel collapse accident are derived from management. This research reveals the interaction relations of the causations of tunnel collapse accident, based on which this research also provides strong theory and methods to support dynamic decision and quantitative risk assessment in tunnel construction.

Abstract: The development of medical E-commerce is facing many challenges and constraints from government, businesses, individuals and other aspects. This paper, on the basis of the full investigation, elaborates Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) to make qualitative analysis. The modeling shows a clear hierarchical relationship between the various influencing factors and differentiates the surface factors, shallow factors, middle factors and underlying factors to expect to provide some suggestions for the development of medical E-commerce, and also lay the theoretical foundation for the quantitative analysis.

Abstract: In this paper, an algorithm of the Rough-ISM analysis method is proposed. The Rough-ISM analysis method is the combination of the Rough set theory and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). It is not only a simple research method, also a practical way to find the students misconceptions. In addition, the most important thing is that the analysis method can overcome fewer participates and problems through Rough set theory statistically. Through the analysis method, common misconceptions of whole class can be found and then and then supplying teaching path for teachers to conducting remedial teaching based on common misconceptions. Finally, a practical example is provided to make the calculate process more clearly.

Abstract: The paper analyzes and summarizes the factors which restrict the development of public bicycle. And then, through analyzing the interaction relationships of factors a network which reflects the complex intersection relationship between the restraining factors is established. Based on ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling) method, a hierarchical structure model of restraining factors of public bicycle sharing system in which the complex interaction relationships are divided hierarchically is established. It can guide scientific operation of the public bicycle sharing system.

Abstract: Most high-resolution angle estimation algorithms suffer from sensitivity to gain and phase uncertainties. In this letter, a novel ESPRIT-based algorithm, which uses the instrumental sensors method (ISM), is proposed for bistatic MIMO radar with gain and phase uncertainties. With the help of a few well-calibrated transmitting and receiving instrumental sensors, the proposed algorithm is able to achieve favorable and unambiguous angle estimation and accurate self-calibration without the knowledge of gain and phase uncertainties. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.

Abstract: Aimed at the complexity and uncertainty of the diagnosis analysis of supply chain performance, this paper proposes a kind of diagnosis method of supply chain performance based on Bayesian network (BN). Based on the self-adaptive fuzzy interpretive structural model proposed in this paper, effective information could be provided to the structural learning of BN to enhance the modeling precision and reliability. Finally, according to investigating supply chain performance data of C Group, BN diagnosis model of supply chain operational cost is established. The consistent empirical analytical result and management practice prove the validity and feasibility of the method in this paper.
