Abstract: Lean construction is an improvement on the traditional mode of construction of the project, to its use in the construction industry and project management in the study on lean thought construction management mode and implementation method based on lean thinking; origin, proposed the application of lean management in the construction industry on the basis of theory of lean production, through the analysis of the core of lean lean method based on construction management mode, the implementation of lean thinking based on the lean construction, is to realize the objective of improving the management level of the construction industry as a whole. At the same time, combining the current situation of Chinese construction, and puts forward some applicable to China construction industry practice of lean construction measures.

Abstract: The left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is an important mode of traffic organization of intersection, but the traffic management departments are puzzled by the implementation condition, implementation method and efficiency evaluation. The traffic impact analysis of left-turning traffic flows and the advantages of left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is analyzed in paper, then the implementation flows is summarized. The implementation condition and method are determined, and the average delay of intersections in the whole region are chosen as the evaluation index of operation efficiency of the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure. So the calculation method of efficiency between pre and post adopted the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is proposed. The intersections of business district in City Hengyang is chosen as example for verifying the implementation method of left-turning traffic forbiddance, and the efficiency between pre and post adopted the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is comparatively analyzed and the VISSIM simulation software is applied for verifying the effect of the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure.

Abstract: For realizing information sharing and interchange between product design process and resources to solve the problems about design complicated and collaborative difficult in design process of complex product. The Process integrated control of product multidisciplinary collaborative design (MCD) was analyzed firstly in this paper, a detailed description is given of the organization structure and modeling process of MCD-oriented Integration of Product Design Meta-model ;then the process integrated control method based on MCD-oriented Integration of Product Design Meta-model was proposed, and concrete implement process of process integrated control method was introduced to effectively realize information sharing and interchange between product design process and resources, to improve quality and efficiency of product design.

Abstract: Training applied talent is the goal of current college. Several common experimental teaching methods, such as 1 × N Class -Team Teaching Model, N × N Class-Team Teaching Model, N × N Teacher-Team Teaching Model, are analyzed and compared. These experimental teaching methods have some disadvantages, which are that the ratio of teacher-student is small, or teacher professional expertise is not conducive to student’s comprehensive knowledge. A new experimental practice teaching model is given, which is Double Teams Model of Teachers and Students (DTMTS) experimental practice teaching model. This model can be used in course practice training, students’ research training and academic competition training. The implementation process of this model are teachers team building, students team building, to carry out experimental method of teaching practice, experimental practice teaching organization, the team teaching process management, strengthen the hardware platform construction of experimental practice. Its implementation can improve student’s participation in practice and innovation ability.

Abstract: Existing numerical simulation methods tend to neglect some details of shield tunnelling and the cyclic shear characteristics of pile-soil interface. In this paper, an elaborate simulation method is firstly proposed to simulate the advancing of shield machines according to the details of shield tunnelling. Then an improved constitutive model for pile-soil interface, which can factually consider the cyclic shear characteristics, is also developed. Finally, through a case study, it can be found that the proposed simulation method can provide reliable estimation for this problem, and it is important to factually consider the cyclic shear characteristics of pile-soil interface.

Abstract: The development history and situation of Chinese manufacturing enterprise informationization are reviewed in this paper. Based on practice, the problems of Chinese enterprise informationization are discussed on in view of understanding, methods and implementation, and difficulties are explained. At last, methods of Enterprise Information are proposed.
